What can I say? It's DD! It's very well lit. Nice atmosphere. Very clean. The workers are very nice & accommodating. They do have Baskin Robbins ice cream there. I'd go early though bc they run out of munchkins & donuts quickly. They close early, which stinks!

My sandwich tasted old and my latte was watered down. I would assume he was the manager or whatever…. the man was sneezing didn’t cover his mouth, didn’t wash his hands and wore no gloves! The woman who give me my food was rude! Never visit this location again!

The employees are nice, but being nice doesn’t magically make up for an empty menu. This place is a joke — I’ve seen gas stations with more options. Total waste of time.

One of the best Dunkin’ locations I’ve visited and I’ve been to a lot! The Paramus store is always clean (even the bathrooms, which is a big plus), and there’s plenty of parking. The staff is super friendly and welcoming, you can tell it’s a local favorite because so many regulars get greeted by name. I’m obsessed with the mango pineapple refresher! There’s also a self-serve kiosk by the entrance, which makes ordering quick and easy if you don’t want to use the app or wait at the counter. Seating is minimal, but it’s really more of a grab-and-go spot, so it’s never been an issue. Always a good experience here!

The store says it is open till 10pm on Google. Showed up at 7:45pm and they had no donuts on display and were not baking anymore. The available donuts were being offered for sale from a plastic bag. Never seen this before!

What’s wrong with Dunkin? We have early morning hockey games and we usually stop here for breakfast. Last week we showed up on Sunday just after 6. The lights were off, door was locked. Mind you we ordered online just fine. Now one week later, we had issues again. Door was locked and staff was setting up this time, but nothing was ready, including the register. We waited 10 min for our food. We don’t have a lot of time in the morning, so we’re thinking about finding a new breakfast spot.

I liked coming to this location because my job is near by, but I won’t be coming again to purchase any coffee because every time I came here to get a coffee I would get very sick. At first I didn’t think it was the coffee making me sick until i noticed it was the actual coffee. I’m not sure what made me sick if the milk, coffee itself or the water they use to make it but I would be sick to my stomach all day. My symptoms were headaches, nauseous and vomiting. Never again coming here for coffee.
