It's a coffee shop with donots. What's the big deal. I make better coffee at home but when on the road their still better the the others.No fancy stuff for me. Black with 1 sugar. That's how you know you're getting good coffee.Anything else is just a lot of fluff.

I bought a large chocolate fudge milkshake. I told them it didn't taste right like spoiled milk. They said the milk used was new. But it didn't taste like that...So either the milk was bad or the blender was not cleaned properly. Wasted almost $8. My social anxiety didn't let me argue further. Will not return.

Not your typical DD. Prices are very high and different. If you customize your drink with one two pumps be prepared to pay double lol. It was a joke honestly. I don’t know whether a Franchise could charge this ridiculous difference of prices.Price gauged and definitely a scam . Stay away from here.

very very rude people working there. want to charge you for every single little thing. I wanted a medium iced latte in a large cup with extra ice. charged me a dollar more saying that I need to pay for the cup. I said i didn't understand his logic. it is SAME medium drink but in a large cup with more ice. what does it matter if you use a medium size cup vs a large cup same size coffee. other DD is fine but I guess this DD, is weird

this place I wouldn't recommend they are not welcoming at all customer service sucks here I've been to multiple Dunkin's and by far this is the worst I only have a star bc I absolutely had to in order to write my review

Your typical Dunkin combined with a Baskin Robbins. Decent selection of donuts and other baked goods. Small seating area. You need to ask for a key to use the restròom.

I ordered a small ice matcha latte as usual and they served my drink in a defective cup that the drink exploded out of the side of the cup and splashed all over on my cloth but the server did not say a word about the incident but just standing there and staring at me. And I have noticed that they have served the drink with the full cup of ice and a little bit of drink. And then this lady came up with just an extra cup without the refill nor a refund. I asked for a full refund but she just gave me an extra cup instead with saying something that I could not understand because of her accent. Did I pay for a cup full of ice or what? I can understand that they have used a low quality cup but their low quality service how they react to the situation like this. This place is rigged with unprofessional and untrained employees. No manager was there at the moment to complain about either. What a Dunkin...They charge way too much for a full of ice with low quality of service. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
