There were unfortunately multiple issues with my visit to this Dunkin. I'll put the worst first: I ordered decaf, they said it was decaf, the label said decaf, but the drink I got was NOT decaf. I'm very sensitive to caffeine, so I experienced a ton of physical discomfort because of this, and it has messed up my sleep schedule because I got this drink at 4pm.
The drink was wrong in other ways, as well. I ordered an iced latte, and was handed an iced black coffee. I also believe that I did not receive as many flavor shots as I was charged for.
When I asked for some milk to be added to the drink, I asked for whole milk, and the employee seemed to have a hard time understanding me. I said "whole" multiple times, and he presented me with almond milk and oat milk before I clarified by saying "regular milk." I understand that "whole" can be a hard word to recognize for a person whose first language is Spanish or something similar, but I feel that "whole milk" is an important enough phrase that employees who have trouble recognizing the word should be given extra opportunities to practice doing so.
On top of all this, it was uncomfortably hot inside this Dunkin. The afternoon sun was shining right through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and the AC must not have been working right. PLEASE get some blinds in order to make the room bearable in the afternoon.
Overall, the employees weren't rude or anything, they just seemed pretty out-of-it. It seems like they needed to be trained better. And it certainly wouldn't hurt their performance if their workplace got some blinds so their energy isn't sapped by the heat.

I ordered medium hot chocolate but she charged me for medium hot latte what I don’t drink and never order that

This is the worst Dunkin’ Donuts establishment I have ever encountered. I waited at the register to place my order for 10 minutes without ever being greeted, told to wait, or even acknowledged for that matter. So, I walked out. They were not busy, and there were two workers - no manager. Considering that the Dunkin’s in Fair Lawn and Saddle Brook have phenomenal customer service and manners, save yourself the aggravation and visit one of those.

Ordered two items and they got one wrong. It's not rocket science to take an order...

Rather smelly, mainly old cooking oil I think. Counter assistant rather surly. Whilst I've visited some nice Dunkin, this wasn't one of them
