My boyfriend and I came in casually looking for a sweet treat. We were not even greeted by the woman who was working, she actually walked away when we first arrived , and proceeded to act like we were bothering her as we were ordering. I am not sure if it’s because of how we present, and maybe this establishment only has a certain “look” of people who they feel like deserve quality service. We are very empathetic by nature and understand that everyone has their own lives and things they go through, and because of this ,I do not at all like to be this person to do this. However, WE also deserved basic decency and respect. Dunkin has always been a family favorite of mine and I hope the morale of this location changes.

Usually, I love going to this Dunkin. They always make my drinks really good but today I went and it was a lady named Bhavana. I asked to make a Sabrina dream refresher, but with the mango flavor, but that she handed me a different drink that wasn’t what I wanted. I politely told her that this wasn’t the right drink and I showed her a photo on the Dunkin app of what it looks like and then she proceeded to get mad. She said that it was supposed to be made like that but then when I said it’s not, she angrily took it back and then she was asking me how to make it and exactly what I want in it. I told her that it’s exactly what it’s like on the menu because it is a menu item. She then proceeded to show me the ingredients that she had and said “do you want me to put this in” but it’s not like i would know exactly which ingredients. when she gave the drink, it was fine, but it was barely mixed and she had a bad attitude the whole time overall, I like the store in general but today it was not a good experience with her, but the new drink she made was good.

We visited this Dunkin’ location on (08/30) around 5pm and unfortunately our experience was quite unpleasant. The team member who took and handed us our order—the older gentlemen—came across as rude and dismissive.
Having worked in customer-facing roles myself, I know how much impact friendliness and tone can have. If these individuals could engage customers more respectfully even in brief interactions it would go a long way.
I hope management considers additional training or adjustments. Dunkin’ has long been a favorite of mine, and I’d genuinely appreciate seeing this location match that standard going forward.

Very busy locations.Firstly, in the morning, made my coffee.OK, not the best I've ever had from a Dunkin, but was decent enough to drink.Of course.Service was good, pretty prompt.Just very busy takes a long time

I wish I could give zero. Old lady literally slower than a slug. Shuffling aroud. Was on line for 15 mins and 3 people lost faith and left before she even came up to the cashier to take our order.

How do they save on the package, they give it to you in your hand. It's not safe to transport it like that. I told them many times, they don't care.

So weeks back I had to use the bathroom and I had to go bad (pee)as I’m a diabetic. So I hear someone yelling outside the door it’s out of order. I saw a puddle on the floor and thought maybe the toilet was malfunctioning so I didn’t flush it. I come out to drink my coffee and he’s ranting and raving how I didn’t flush for like 10mins. I yelled out what’s the problem because I got tired of him bitching. Today he’s staring me down as I was going into the bathroom as if I shouldn’t be using it

new person at the counter. ordered something 10 mins before via app. when i arrived nothing was done and the person kept preparing things for other people who arrived after instead of my order. overall had to wait 15 mins for my order after arriving. i dont mind waiting if there is a huge wait but why make things for people who came after me first? terrible worker.

I'm used to saying good morning and having it reciprocated. They have a tip cup out, so at the least a "good morning" would suffice.
