Very busy locations.Firstly, in the morning, made my coffee.OK, not the best I've ever had from a Dunkin, but was decent enough to drink.Of course.Service was good, pretty prompt.Just very busy takes a long time
Amazing. Dunkins can be great or not so great; this one the staff and particularly manager were friendly and even went above and beyond to fill an order that wasn’t technically on the menu yet. Perfect start to a long drive day.
I order ahead on my mobile. The employee in charge of preparing hot meals does not look at the mobile orders until he is done with walk-ins. I come in to pick up my order and have to wait 10 minutes. Customers arrive after me and get their orders ahead of me. This is the 2nd time I was there this month and same employee did the same thing! Why order on mobile.
