I visited this store today and had an amazing experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and respectful, and I was welcomed with a warm smile as soon as I walked in.They answered my questions with patience and made sure I found everything I needed without making me feel rushed. The entire place was clean . It’s rare to find a place that feels this inviting. I would definitely recommend. I truly will be coming back soon!

I walked in very polite to the manager working the cashier, and I simply asked if I can have a wake up wrap with seasoned Bacon, and just by me saying seasoned bacon, was enough to piss her off because she didn’t even know what I was talking about on her own menu saying that’s not called seasoned bacon, but maple bacon, but when she finally found it, the selection on the screen set seasoned bacon as well as on my receipt. The worst part about it is her and her employees came together to try to come up with a lie to say that I was rude to get me in trouble because I work in that mall as a security guard. me and my supervisor had a laugh about it because they are known to be very rude and tend to mess up orders all the time so the fact that the manager herself doesn’t even know what’s on her own menu is just sad. I wouldn’t rely on anybody going there because God forbid you asked them a simple question they don’t understand you’ll get a bad attitude and even have your order messed up just for that. I recommend not going there at all save your money and pick another Dunkin’ Donuts with a polite clientele because this place is horrible being that the manager herself is causing the drama. I don’t see anything changing unless more and more people complain to maybe even corporate as well.

By far the worst dunkin. The girls are all rude here and the food/coffee is never good. Can’t even get a drink remade if it’s not good. They barely ever have anything. Avoid this place and get coffee from Bluestone or Whole foods if you’re at the mall

This Dunkin’ Donuts in Bergen town center mall, Paramus is always good. Entire staff and manager works hard, professional and always friendly. I can see why everyone comes here. They all deserve a raise.

Bad customer service. I don’t understand how they let the app stay open past their closing time to take customer orders for an hour, despite closing the whole place at 9. App takes orders until 10pm. Tried to come in the next day to see if they could just make me the drink that I already paid for and they said no because there’s no ticket ??? I showed them my order and the associate from the night of saw me and I reminded her and they still wouldn’t make my drink. If I paid for it already why do I have to go through customer service that takes a few days to reply when I’m right there showing you my receipt ? They need to update their hours on the app, update their system and their customer service skills. Tone and attitude are everything and it needs to be worked on here.
Dunkin in the Paramus Park mall did a nice job on my frozen coffee. DD in Florham Park always has friendly customer service.
