Very slow opening up. Not the same as before when Rahana was there. New manager New employees very slow. Not good.

Bad service, so much trouble for not giving my money back, simply if they didn't have the experience they could have said with respect and I should have chosen something else but the cashiers didn't have the professionalism to do it, I simply asked for my money back, well another problem but oh well, I won't come back, there's more 👎

There was no one at the front desk and two people were waiting. I had to call them out.
I order two small coffees and bagel with cream cheese. The bagel was so hard I could eat it very terribly
Disgraceful, this place can be a gold mine providing you have great people running it, this is not the case here. I stopped going to dunkin long ago but was given a free doughnut coupon. She scanned the coupon and I was treated to a bagel from the person I was with. The total was almost 6 bucks and my friend paid, in the car he saw he was charged for the doughnut. He used the coupon at another dunkin. You'll get robbed of what your eligible for. Coffee is flavorless as well.

Rude employee Friday afternoon. Ignores customers, and screams at them when they ask questions. Simply asked if something was naturally sweetened, he rolled his eyes, threw the drink out, made another, then i tried the drink. I wish he had said 'yes, it's sweetened, would you like unsweetened'. Instead he just threw the drink out without saying anything and made another. Then screamed 'what do you want', when I said 'we wanted it unsweetened, why did you throw the first one out? You never asked if we wanted it sweetened or not'. The other patrons were also baffled by this. I don't blame them. This guy was scary he screamed. You could have probably heard him across the hall at J Crew to be honest. Please don't scream at your customers. Simply get another job if you don't like customer facing roles and don't ever assume things either. So rude. I'm sure there are plenty of other jobs at Dunkin Donuts that don't require you to interact with customers.
Kid-friendliness: Don't expose your children to this rude employee. I don't know his hours, but Friday afternoons, children should not be exposed to this rude employee.

excellent service
The men that works in the morning during the week is extremely slow he takes his time in everything and at times he ignores the customers and walks to the back. He never makes my coffee right which is annoying. I love the lady who works there in the morning she is very friendly and the only one who is always taking care of the customers. This place need more employees in the morning because it does get pack and that men just takes his sweet time it’s ridiculous. He needs to be replace almost everytime I go every customers are always complaining about him and that more employees should be there in the morning.

Purchased a large hot latte with Two shots of pumpkin to open my cup and be half full with no pumpkin. Mentioned it even as I got my order; did you put pumpkin?? He said yes . Horrible service !
