Eddie V's Prime Seafood

It was a great experience. Food was great. Ambience was amazing. Service was also amazing. We just had a group of people near us that were very loud aside from that. It was a great second time at the restaurant.

The entire staff was super accommodating for my Husband's Birthday! Though we made reservations, we didn't realize we needed to specify “lounge” to hear the amazing in-house band. They offered to seat us at a smaller table immediately or wait wait an hour for another table. Hubby chose to be seated immediately, but we soon learned, it would be too small for the Birthday feast to be ordered. In an effort to make my husband's birthday wish come true “have a delicious meal and listen to jazz music” we played musical chairs before being seating at the best seat in the house...next to the band. Our server, Emma H. was AMAZING, too!!! We have already made two additional reservations and can't wait to return.

Great place to spend Thanksgiving Dinner. They had a special menu for the holiday. Great service and great food.

I have been to Eddie V's many times, but this time was by far the best. There were four of us and we sat in the bar area because at the hour that we went it was less crowded and comfortable. The manager greeted us, our waiter greeted us, the person that poured the water greeted us. The service was outstanding. We ordered appetizers and then our dinner. Everything was outstanding! We did go before the evening Rush so we missed a lot of the crowd, and the noise but unfortunately we also missed the live music. But other than that it was a five-star experience.

We had a PHENOMENAL time. Our server, Jamie, was so fabulous and made my brother's birthday so memorable. I'm normally extremely picky, but everything we ordered was delicious. THE CRAB CAKE and remoulade was INSANE, as well as the lobster tacos for appetizers. I had the yummy sea bass and butter cake for dessert. I can't WAIT to go back. 20 out of 10!

Food and service were very good. Two small complaints about the food: (1) a few of the oysters were not shucked properly, with some of the oyster still attached to the shell, and (2) the potatoes au gratin were a bit bland and would have benefited Faron some black pepper.

The service was absolutely fantastic, waiter literally red our mind , amazing food ( the big Eddie tower seafood) was impressive very fresh and I had tuna tartare , absolutely delicious, my husband had wagyu , out of this world, , everything was delicious and very fresh, highly recommend this place! It's our 5th time here and keep coming back.

Amazing. The food was amazing. Our server Manny made our night. He was very attentive, polite, and knowledgeable. We have never been disappointed, but when you have a server like Manny, the night is a great experience.

Always an outstanding dining experience at Eddie V's. It never dissapoints! The ambiance is inviting, live music, and the staff is always incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is a true highlight—delicious, flavorful, and beautifully presented. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a memorable meal in a warm setting!

Always a good time. I had a drink in the bar area and then straight to dinner at my table. Everything was great. Clinton's service was impeccable.

Eddie V’s Paramus is a gem! The Ahi Tuna Tartare was fresh and bursting with flavor, and the Filet Medallions Oscar Style with crab fried rice were absolute perfection. Service was phenomenal — Amy was amazing, and every staff member made us feel like VIPs. I skipped dessert, but they insisted I try one on the house — a classy touch that sealed the night. Elegant atmosphere, incredible food, and hospitality that goes above and beyond!
