We have eaten at el Sid’s over 20 times the food and portions are humongous and delicious because you get enough great food for not 2 but 3 meals and the place is quit busy the price is the same of most great stake houses but the quality and size of portions can not found at any other restaurant anywhere 5 stars are not enough for this great place frank Wojno and family

Food was a little under seasoned, but big portions, we should have split one order of the twin lobster (3 lobsters) for the three of us and ordered one more app.

I used to visit this wonderful restaurant in the mid-90’s when traveling on business. I remember their Paella (served in a large platter with tons of shellfish & seafood), their filet mignon which was more a Chateaubriand (2/3 times larger than a reg. filet) and their Lobster Duo. I’m so glad to see they haven’t changed the menu much! Their prices were ridiculously low… but now with Joey’s inflation, it’s understandable to see them higher, yet still extremely reasonable!! Too bad I don’t travel that way any more…but one day soon, I’ll be back in NJ and El Cid will be my 1st stop for dinner, no doubt about it!!!!
