Ordered Burger and well Done fries and when i received my fries they were soggy & warm. When i asked the little Dude Manager she said she couldnt do the fries i had in my hand! Was like She didnt want to be working! Not helpful at all and Horrible customer Service for or Team leader or Manager. Will never eat from there Again! Horrible!!!

Yo should check on people working there on Sundays... They literally gave me something that can't be called a burger... They're wrapped in Aluminum foil so bad to hide their mess, I can't believe they did that. I should have taken a picture, but I I threw that garbage in the trashcan after the first bite.They really messed with my food. I won't be ever at this place again.

Yesterday I placed a delivery order for 3 burgers and 1 fry—only received the fries. The bag was sealed with just one item, so it was clearly packed wrong. When I called the store, I was met with rude, dismissive staff who told me it wasn’t their problem and even accused me of lying. I wasn’t asking for a refund—just trying to get help—but the way I was treated was so unprofessional, I’ll never go back. Extremely disappointing experience.

These incompetent employees keep messing up my order. This is the second time they did this. I think they were being spiteful because they are insecure.
Also, the food was not served properly, and it was too greasy. These people need to learn how to read orders and seek help because they are only embarrassing themselves.

Worst five guys I have ever visited. They font have fountains for you to go refill yourself. They don’t have peanuts. They are so slow you felt like a few years had passed since your food is prepped.

Parking: There are a couple thousand spots in the mall in this area.
Kid-friendliness: The place is great as it’s in the food court of the garden state mall, and there are actually kids activities in the one corner.
Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair friendly, and she can roll up to the counter from the Mall.
