The food was so fresh and good ! The service was great. I previously didn’t have a good experience and someone from management reached out and took my complaint serious ( she emailed me then called to hear me out and then sent a gift card) . So I came back a few months later and it was so good 10/10 there was a guy there that you can tell he cares and takes his position seriously didn’t get his name but he was giving out the orders. My food was done so fast and fresh. I’ll deff be back very soon!!

Terrible service! I ordered a sandwich and a shake. Got the sandwich, the employee told me the shake is coming. After waiting for another 5 minutes never got the shake, the girl who was making the shakes told me her machine broke, lying in my face meanwhile customers who came after me all got their shakes. Avoid the place, terrible service!

Went right at close and the guy said we could still order. He was very friendly. Ordered the bacon cheese hot dog with ketchup and mustard. The bacon was crisp and the hotdog had a slight snap. Pretty sure the cheese was kraft singles but it was still good. Absolutely no complaints.

Punk kid behind the counter refused to allow me to pay with a $100 dollar bill, no signs posted anywhere that says they don’t accept large bills. Just a kid with a bad attitude.

I used to really love five guys growing up but I feel that the quality has gone down in taste throughout all franchises. I think the burger meat needs salt. I wasn't really a fan of how the onions were cut, it was like biting into an actual hole size onion. The fries are always a good time. I would give a 3.5 instead of a 3 if I could

The employees here is why I’m giving it a 1 star. They give attitude for absolutely anything even the amount of toppings you want to add onto a sandwich. My sandwich was made WRONG the ingredients I picked were on the receipt and they only added one topping are you serious ?They look dirty, not well maintained, they’re mumbling in the background. I now understand why every place in the food court had a line but five guys. Get a new staff! Five guys is so good but your staff is killing this business. It’s the same experience every time I go.. last time until I see different employees who look like they want to do their job.
I ate here last night and woke up with food poisoning. Not sure what went wrong but not a good feeling.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered here for dinner via uber eats. We ordered two burgers and a regular cajun fries. Granted I know it was delivery so I didn't expect it to be fresh fresh but we're less than 15 mins from the restaurant and it arrived quickly.We regret eating the food tbh. It didn't taste great and everything (the bread and fries) were extremely soggy! Again, I'm acknowledging it was delivery and sure maybe a little soggy but it was crazy soggy and not enjoyable. After reading the other reviews I wouldn't even try in person to see if it's any different because it would be a waste.It was my first time trying five guys in over 5 years and it was extremely disappointing. Do not recommend this location!
