Fogo de Chão Brazilian Steakhouse

There is no organization, I have had rodizio before and this was not it. We didnt get all the meats we paid for and the same people kept coming to the table with the same meat. Very overpriced for what we received. The waiter didnt pay attention to the drink order and barely filled our water cup.

I felt like I wasn't even there. I took my daughter and grandson there for Thanksgiving dinner and the servers kept skipping our table. They went next to us behind us and on the other side of us but kept skipping us with the good meats. My daughter had to ask for the lamb chops and short ribs. They bought us the short ribs and never bought us the lamb chops. I paid for 3 Full Experiences but did not get the full experience. My daughter said the salad bar was not fresh.

We loved it . Definitely coming back next Thanksgiving or next family birthday celebration. 😊😊😊

We had an amazing time at Fogo de Chao in Garden State Plaza for my hubby's birthday! I want to also say the service was exemplary and the food never disappoints. We hadn't been in awhile and now need to make sure we make this a regular stop for special occasions.

Fogo has become one our favorite places to dine, especially on Special Occasions !! Ambiance is comfortable & warm, very upbeat & hopping at dinner watching all diners having Fun & Yum ! All wait staff is very attentive throughout your stay. !! We go often for the Market Table only lunch for $18.00 ....Super Bargain !!!

I had high hopes for this location, as I love the one in the city and was excited to find a closer option. Unfortunately, my family and I were quite disappointed. The experience started poorly with the service. Our server seemed wholly disengaged—she lacked even basic politeness and gave the impression she didn't want to be there. While the salad bar was good and the meat quality was decent, the pacing of the rodízio service was frustratingly slow. We had to ask our server about the lack of circulation at one point. Interestingly, after we brought it up, the meat service became excessively frequent, almost making us feel as if it were being done on purpose. Overall: The combination of poor, unenthusiastic service and only "so-so" food means I won't be returning to this suburban location. I'll stick to making the trip to the city or choosing Leblon in Hillsdale instead.

Got the churrasco experience - the all you can eat meat. Most of the meat, with the exception of the piccanha and the sirloin was overcooked. All of the meat was under-seasoned. Before starting to eat, they offered three options for sauces - chimichurri, A1, and hot sauce. i prefer to taste the steak, but i did I choose the chimichurri since its a Brazilian spot, which helped with the flavor issue, but could not solve the over cooked, dry steak and chicken bites. The Brazilian sausage was delicious. The food bar that comes with the churrasco experience offered a great selection of roasted veggies and salads, fresh fruit and charcuterie. But we were there for the meat, and it was disappointing for the price.

The food was delicious specially the meats that they sliced on your table. Food selection at the buffet were also excellent with many choices to choose from.

We only had the waiter that walked us to our table, offered us a drink after that no one ever came by to offer us a drink or to see how we were doing. I was very disappointed. my husband had to get up once and walk to the bar to ask for a drink. And throughout our time there we had to stop whatever waiter we saw walking by and asked them if they can give us whatever we needed at the moment. But I still don't know who our waiter was 

It was such a pleasure to talk with the servers in Portuguese and in Spanish and in English. They were very helpful and knowledgeable. My friends who came with me, loved the buffet as I do . There is such a variety. I was happy to be there . I did not feel rushed. It was a great lunch . And the coffee was very delicious.

Excellent food, service. A little more time between courses would have been 5 stars

Fogo de Chão at Garden State Plaza delivers a classic Brazilian steakhouse experience with nonstop meats, a fresh Market Table, and warm, attentive service. Staff make you feel taken care of, though drinks tend to come out slow. A bit pricey, but the food, atmosphere, and overall experience justify it
