Do the donuts where not my favorite but we purchased specifically because Ricky the guy who helped us was just such an amazing personality he was sweet let us try one flavor we ended up buying a dozen just because of him

To Good To Go order / unacceptable customer service
The shop clerk was not there within the window of pickup when I arrived prior to 9pm and when they did arrive, they were helping another customer with an order and cleaning up so I patiently waited for them to seem less busy. Due to the clerk not being there at pickup time, I swiped the app ahead of time to make sure I didn’t miss the window to collect. I approached the individual a few minutes after 9pm when they were less busy and they said they could not give me my order. Makes NO sense. At all.
The clerk was very rude and did not handle the transaction well or properly.
They clearly understood how the app works because they said I had to swipe before 9pm, which I did, but regardless of showing them the confirmed swiped page, they still refused to give me the order.
I’m incredibly disappointed in the way the individual handled this sale considering I am a paying customer and they were the one who was not there during the time to collect.

Hands down BEST AND FRESHEST donuts! From unique flavors to the most basic flavors. There is something for everyone! We are in Jersy for a visit but we are definitely going back to GLAZE before we head home!

I absolutely love this donut shop! The staff is so kind and friendly (especially Mandy), and the donuts are just delicious! Not to mention the presentation is great! Honestly I could not recommend this place enough!
