I usually enjoy drinks from this particular store, but this was how much ice left today after I finished my drink with supposedly “light ice”…could’ve been more honest if you provide the options.

There were quite a selection of flavors for a stand at the mall but it was okay. The boba wasn't the best and some of it were stuck together. They also didn't give me the normal lid that lets you shake it but one with a hole not letting me shake it and having to drink without the drink mixed in well.

It has been several times now so far whenever I drink original bubble tea 30% sugar with no ice, I could not sleep! It didn’t happen to me in the past. What kind of tea do they use? And the sweetness in the other kind bubble tea (Taro) makes me sick every single time! Nauseous! I will never order from them again!

Have been a customer of this Gong Cha ever since they opened many years back. Small booth type store for take out only. Employees do an incredible job of preparing ingredients, taking orders and serving drinks, all within the small tiny square box.
Over the years I have had many kinds of drinks from here that includes strawberry milk tea, honey green tea, mango green, Thai milk tea, with boba/jelly most times. Boba and coconut jelly have always been constantly good. They allow adjusting sugar and ice levels.
After they introduced the rewards, we have been getting $5 towards drink for spending $50. Today we got an offer to get $5 off for a second drink, so we got both for less than $8.

My absolute favourite place to get boba, the pearls are chewy and very well made. Great service. Yummy beverage. Exactly what I asked for. Easy to limit amount of ice and sweetness. Highly recommend.

I always have to make a stop at Gong Cha when I’m in the Garden State Plaza. They have the perfect color that milk tea should look like, and the taste is delicious! It’s located on the 2nd floor right above the food court!
