It has been several times now so far whenever I drink original bubble tea 30% sugar with no ice, I could not sleep! It didn’t happen to me in the past. What kind of tea do they use? And the sweetness in the other kind bubble tea (Taro) makes me sick every single time! Nauseous! I will never order from them again!

My absolute favourite place to get boba, the pearls are chewy and very well made. Great service. Yummy beverage. Exactly what I asked for. Easy to limit amount of ice and sweetness. Highly recommend.

Love this place good drinks. But when I tell you they did not give me any pearls at all, there was maybe about 3 single pearls and the workers started to laugh.

I always have to make a stop at Gong Cha when I’m in the Garden State Plaza. They have the perfect color that milk tea should look like, and the taste is delicious! It’s located on the 2nd floor right above the food court!

this is the best bubble tea I have ever tried. The blending ratio of each ingredient was beyond phenomenal the clean environment and the employee farida got my beverage made in less than 3 minutes.
I’ve never had bubble tea before and the staff here was PHENOMENAL. They helped me pick out a drink to my liking even though I didn’t know what it was. They also helped pick out the perfect drink for my daughter, she ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT. It came out in record time. Farida was helping us and we she was so helpful. I cant say enough good things about her, keep up the good work. Will definitely be coming back again.

I don’t really leave reviews, but as a Taiwanese, the two drinks that I got today were a humiliation to Taiwanese bubble tea culture. Never had a bubble tea this bad in my 37 years of life. The tea latte tastes like water with a hue of milk. The green tea grapefruit tastes like chemicals and the bubbles are like water sponges. I’m angry at myself for getting these drinks now. Ruined my day.
