I enjoyed my visit to grand lux. I liked the food and atmosphere. My experience was elevated by our top notch amazing server, Mackenzie. I would definitely recommend sitting at the bar where he tends to,, he gives the best recommendations, he is very savvy on all the drinks and food menu. WHEN I SAY…..this brunch was ah-mazing!!!!! We came in right at the end of brunch and it was delicious!!! I had the Belgian waffles w/ pecans, side of bacon (perfectly crispy), eggs and coffee!!!!! THE EGGS!! I have never tasted eggs so fluffy and perfectly made!! The cook today was on point, and we made sure to send a message to the cook! Our server Cheyenne was sooooooo amazing! She was the epitome of a server! She was very busy, but very attentive and kept making sure we were good and that the food was good! I would definitely recommend this restaurant for good food and service!

I know it's a big corporate chain place, but we had a really nice time. Parking is a little tough at the mall, but I dropped my wife off right in front and was able to park pretty quickly. The service was pretty good, but they are not able to split checks very easily. They automatically apply 18% tip for large parties which is standard. They have four desserts that take a while to make(20 minutes) so you have to order them with your entrée, but it is worth it. They fresh-bake cookies and they are so good. Some people in our group got them so they could have a cookie right away, share a few more, and still have some to bring home. The rest of the food was as expected and I would go back.

I have seen this restaurant over and over everytime I go shopping at this mall and have always been curious about it for years. Finally got a chance to feast with some friends here for a bday celebration and I was blown away. From the reservation call to the end of our dinner, we all had an amazing time and every staff that served us in any way were nothing but pleasant. Our server Jay was spectacular! He served our table of 13 by himself. Always came by to make sure we were good and got us everything we needed. Got every order correct and did not forget a thing. I've been to many restaurants in large parties and always always always something is missing or we're just waiting too long for everything. Not at this restaurant, and they were extra packed and busy. The food presentations were beautiful; compliments to the chefs and anyone who had their hands on our orders! Also my dessert, let me talk about this Vanilla Cake with Ice Cream and Strawberries. This was one of the best most perfect combinations and flavor I've had in a simple dessert in so long, and I am not overexaggerating not one thing I promise you. We described this place like a more upscale Cheesecake Factory. I was so full and happy. I will be back very very very soon!!!! Amazing 20/10 highly recommend ?
