I ordered ice cream at midnight, and after ten minutes I felt a severe stomach ache, and then I couldn't resist and had severe diarrhea. I don't know, the store was empty. Do people not order ice cream in the winter, and has the ice cream been stored in the store for a long time, or has it been stored poorly?

OMG this place is an absolute rip off. When you're at GSP get your ice cream anywhere but here. $9 for a small cup and it wasn't even full!! I could have bought a pint at Target for $5!!! I don't care how good the ice cream is, these prices are ridiculous.

Ask and check your receipt!!!!!! When they didn’t give me the receipt I asked for it, they told me the machine was not printing, when I insisted the manager came to tell me the same thing. When I insisted more firmly, they printed it.
We got a dulce de leche shake, a dulce de leche dazzler, two waffle cones with ice cream - $53.
What happened? They charged me for a water which we didn’t get, and charged me for chocolate dipped waffle cone which we didn’t get. Someone needs to check this place.

I got a cookies and cream milkshake like I usually do but it tasted really bad and then after I drank it, I started to feel tired and weak then my stomach started hurting and then I got explosive diarrhea. They either laced my shit or served me expired ice cream. And the guy making my milkshake wasn’t wearing gloves.

$9 for a small ice cream?!?! That’s highway robbery. Artisan ice cream that is higher quality doesn’t cost that much. Applegates small is $4.50 and that is way better.

Normally, I love Haagen Dazs. The chain's ice creams, shakes and cakes are made with premium ingredients. The luxurious taste is worth the premium price. However, this location's shady customer service will have me looking elsewhere for a sweet snack the next time I'm at the mall.
I asked for a ice cream in a small cup which was $8.50, expensive, even for Haagen Dazs. He asked if I wanted the next size up, Regular, for just a dollar more. I declined.
He scooped my ice cream into the cup, turned his back and, I presume, put it on a scale. His partner came to talk to him and examine the cup of ice cream. For what reason? They knew what they were doing. They had charged me for the Regular size anyway: after I had paid for it, I paid nearly $10.
When at the GSP, beware this franchise's relatively high prices and dishonesty. Opt for, perhaps, a bubble tea.

The shop's interior was a delightful blend of nostalgic charm and modern aesthetics. The cozy seating arrangements and cheerful decor created the perfect setting for indulging in sweet treats with friends and family.
Toddler with peanut allergy had a severe reaction to plain chocolate ice cream. Had to give her an injection. Spoke to manager who didn’t care and simply said the chocolate ice cream wasn’t close to anything with peanuts. Our daughter has never had a reaction like that getting ice cream. Most places are very careful even with serving utensils not to contaminate with peanuts

The workers are just there to have fun. They dont focus on the customers and they spend more time talking to eachother than the do talking to the customer. They close whenever they want. I got there at 8:30 when they have a sign that says they close at 9:00, and they said they were closed. They dont understand that closing at a time means that is when you stop taking orders, not when they leave to go home. The worker proceeded to make himself an ice cream after they “closed” and left 15 min early. Service was a 0/10

Service this evening by Marlene and her colleague was exceptional! I observed an exchange from a disgruntled customer towards Marlene, which she handled very well, by maintaining her composure, and ensuring that she was upstanding in how she treated the individual, despite how she was being treated in return. Kudos to you ladies!
