I ordered a Belgian chocolate milkshake. But it tasted like an overpriced chocalate milk. It was very watered down. Another lady next to me complained as well. $12 for chocolate milk. Never again here.

I asked for one scoop of ice cream in a cup. I swear the guy said $1.50. He returned $12.85 change. I then asked again, how much and he said it was $7.00. I was upset already. He didn’t seem to understand that he still gave me the incorrect change. It was so crawled I just said forget it. Don’t do there. It’s in the corridor with Banana Republic. They are cheaters and they don’t care! If I could put zero stars I would.

I ordered ice cream at midnight, and after ten minutes I felt a severe stomach ache, and then I couldn't resist and had severe diarrhea. I don't know, the store was empty. Do people not order ice cream in the winter, and has the ice cream been stored in the store for a long time, or has it been stored poorly?
OMG this place is an absolute rip off. When you're at GSP get your ice cream anywhere but here. $9 for a small cup and it wasn't even full!! I could have bought a pint at Target for $5!!! I don't care how good the ice cream is, these prices are ridiculous.

Ask and check your receipt!!!!!! When they didn’t give me the receipt I asked for it, they told me the machine was not printing, when I insisted the manager came to tell me the same thing. When I insisted more firmly, they printed it.
We got a dulce de leche shake, a dulce de leche dazzler, two waffle cones with ice cream - $53.
What happened? They charged me for a water which we didn’t get, and charged me for chocolate dipped waffle cone which we didn’t get. Someone needs to check this place.

I got a cookies and cream milkshake like I usually do but it tasted really bad and then after I drank it, I started to feel tired and weak then my stomach started hurting and then I got explosive diarrhea. They either laced my shit or served me expired ice cream. And the guy making my milkshake wasn’t wearing gloves.
