This was supposed to be a special graduation dinner. I asked to speak with a manager three separate times before one finally came to the table. The issue stemmed from a simple request for more wine butter for our steaks. I’ve been a loyal Houlihan’s customer for years, and I chose this restaurant to celebrate my graduation, even bringing family in from out of state.
When I asked for additional butter, the server said the manager instructed her not to give us any more, claiming we were “doing too much.” That response was not only unprofessional but also disappointing on such an important occasion.
Additionally, some members of our party do not speak or read English. While the server did attempt to translate into Spanish, she was unclear when explaining the ingredients in one of the pasta dishes. One of my guests has a food allergy, and thankfully, we noticed the issue just in time and were able to have the dish remade.
This experience was far below the standard I expected from Houlihan’s, especially for a milestone celebration.

The food is great! Gigi and Kim are the best bartenders ever!!! The drinks are fantastic!! Marcus the bar manager is always very social with us! The general manager James is awesome as well! Overall great experience everytime I come in! Will always recommend this place!

We went as a group of 8 and everyone enjoyed their meal. Our server was young but excellent and very attentive. The food was great we all enjoyed our dishes and we had dessert for the birthday girl! Can't wait to go back again.

We sat 20 minutes before we had to get up and get the manager to come take our order. We were ignored by the waiter . Took 40 mins for 2 buffalo blue salads tenders and fries for the kids and the food was cold. I was extremely disappointed because I genuinely enjoy eating at this restaurant . Management should reevaluate employing Brian as a waiter because his attitude was extremely poor. I will not be eating at this location ever again .

This Houlihans definitely gets a lower rating than it should.  The food is homemade and amazing, our waiter, John, was really nice and extremely attentive.  This location is nicely decorated and and everything I mentioned suggests there could be higher prices on the menu, but it's very well priced.  Overall, this place is an absolute bargain considering other places charge twice as much, and the food is not nearly as good as this was. No brainer!
Ordered the spinach dip with the cheesy lavosh (always our favorite) Scallops and french dip sandwich. Both were great. We went for the holidays and ordered some of the seasonal drinks which were not as great as the food but overall was a good time!

Thanksgiving was very quiet in Houlihan's this year, we have gone on previous Thanksgivings, but they were crowded. The turkey platter was very good, turkey stuffing, mashed potatoes, gore beans, then pumpkin pie, that, however, was not the best. Still, we would go back!
