Food is typically under cooked or done incorrectly. Sodas are watered down to the max and fries are ok but sometimes aren’t seasoned at all

It was a bad day at work and I really wanted wings. Buffalo wild wings is too far away so I settled for this. The wings were dry. The french fries were disgusting. Soggy or hard. Luckily my friends had a bottle of buffalo wild wings sauce in the fridge, which gave these dry wings a little bit of life. The best thing on the menu honestly is a cookie skillet. Probably one of the best chocolate chip cookies I’ve ever had and it’s national chocolate chip cookie day. Don’t order from here. Literally just go to McDonald’s and get the cheeseburger. But definitely stop by for a cookie.

One thing you don't do is screw up someone’s food. I order two simple order and i got something completely different. Thanks a lot. Never ordering here again. Didnt even get Napkins or the extra sauce that i ordered. Im still upset

I used to love the curly fries you would get with your order they were amazing. The apple wood bbq was amazing and is not available anymore. I ordered last night and the fries are cold and the wings are just average at best. Looks like it is time for a new wing place :(

We ordered last night and not only were we shorted wings but the taste was awful. We’re so used to having a good experience at Chili’s, the restaurant these guys work out of we thought the taste would be okay. We were so wrong. We got Buffalo and Garlic Parmesan, and the taste was so off. Not totally inedible, but we had ordered saucy nuggets at Wendy’s last week and those were better taste wise for the sauces in comparison. Disappointed and wouldn’t try again.

I am a chicken wing guy, but my experience with the quality of these wings was disappointing. I order an 8 piece 4 hot and 4 lemon pepper last night through Uber and when I received them immediately I was disappointed not only were the wings dry and had no sauce but they were soggy.

Im a usual customer and I’ve been realizing the quality of the wings have been dropping over the past few months but never would I thought it would get this bad, the wings i just ordered were horribly made looks like dog food literally just from the sight of it i wont even eat that garbage …. You guys have lost a loyal customer

ordered a 32 piece and were not disappointed! got Nashville hot and santa fe. Nashville wasn't very hot but still tasty. wings were great size and cooked perfectly. so juicy. fries also good. just needed a tad more seasoning. 8 out of 10 will order again!
Nasty chicken nuggets and didn't get my fries. Tasted like they were fried a few days ago and in used grease where other food was fried.

After ordering online, I checked the reviews and immediately tried to cancel it after reading some of them. I decided not to, but was nervous the entire time waiting for the delivery. I even warned my mom not to have high expectations and check the food.We were both very pleasantly surprised when the food arrived quickly, was packaged very neatly, and smelled great! I had the boneless sweet and spicy and did not have an issue with tasteless food or undercooked/ mystery meat like other guests. The fries weren't soggy, but also not crunchy. Overall, very tasty grub and I'm satisfied.I will definitely be ordering again and I encourage others to as well. The business seems to have addressed the issues in other reviews. Thank you!

Ordered directly from their website-Delivery fee plus processing fee? Cheaper to order from Doors Dash/Uber Eats. Food is good-fee's are ridiculous!! Would have saved $3 by NOT using their website. It;s not the money, it's the BS fee's.
