I walked in around 3 pm, to pick up two mobile orders. One order had white bread but they didn’t have white but if I wait 10 mins it would be ready or they offered whole wheat. I was on lunch for 30 mins and I was already running late. I asked for gluten free bread but it was extra lol. They said they can’t do that. I think if you don’t have the bread that the customer order, you need to call or let us know on the app isn’t not available

I ordered via Uber eats for pick up. Waited over 30 min. The store never even started preparing my order. There was literally 1 customer inside. Zero reason for the delay other than laziness and lack of care.

Was standing in the store for 5 minutes while 5 employees all hung out in the back of the store. This was after one of them looked at me then walked to the back. I just walked out. No service.

A nice Jersey Mike's. Very well maintained. Good parking. Great sandwich. Not a great value though prices have increased way too much, half a turkey sandwich is now 12 bucks.

Woman at counter gave a terrible experience to me. She barked something rude at her coworker and then snapped to me and took my order. Received attitude just ordering what I wanted. Absolutely 0 care. I feel so bad for the people she works with that have to be around her.

rip off. 2x the price half the size, $22 for a cheese steak half the size of one from Bergenfield Pizza ming. No one in Jersey needs this place. 1000000000 other joints around. if out of the tri state area, you get a pass. it's the olive garden of subs.. no one with a really good Italian place around needs to experience this place nor olive garden... smh says nitrate free, I asked about nitrite free and manager said would call and let me know .. glad I wasn't holding my breath

The people who work here are absolutely horrible. As soon as I walk in they start laughing at me like I’m some type of joke. There pointing at me and this one guy starts talking to his friend in Spanish about how I was the person who made them laugh super hard. Those people don’t think I understand Spanish but I actually do and I can hear every single negative thing they say about me.
