I ordered by phone on a rainy night while driving down from Allendale. Two employees working and a customer being helped at the counter. It took me 15 minutes to get there after I called. One of the employees was doing nothing and the other one was helping the couple. They didn’t start my order until I got there. Why? I had time with my stop here and then was going onto another place to pick up food someplace else for another person in my family. By the time I got home half my food was cold, why wouldn’t you make my food when I order it. Why wait 15 minutes for me to get there and then start making it. No need for me to call that case I could just order when I show up I was severely disappointed in the service.

good location with ample parking space.inside was neat and clean; and the staff were pretty good during our visit.we has the usual philly steak and it was hot and fresh just the way we like it. Add some chips and wewere quite satisfied with such simple butdelicious meal.

I work close by this place, and go here all the time for lunch. always quick always friendly.. they even will give out free boxes of sandwiches to local business. love that kind of stuff 10/10 would recommend!

Mozzarella cheese for the subs! because provolone on an Italian sandwich is not enough! Soup ! Especially for a cool, crisp, cold or winter day! "You know soup and sandwich!"Lastly, when someone tells you, they have an allergy to something, please train your staff to keep that ingredient completely away from the making of their sandwich, and take extra extra precaution and wiping the knife that you've use on other sandwiches to now cut their sand with the same knife. Even residue of the ingredient will cause an anaphylactic shock . If someone says they have an allergy, please use all fresh utensils in the making of their food item.

Nice sandwich, but I wouldn’t consider this the size: giant based on other sandwich shops around. This is regular size at best. Not happy with this sandwich costing $17 dollars and it looks like a $10-$12 sandwich at best.

Nice service, but I told the lady preparing my sandwich exactly what I wanted on my sandwich TWICE. Yet simple instructions were not followed. Very disappointed that I had to keep repeating myself for one simple request. When I came to eat my sandwich, I found out she did not follow my request after repeating myself multiple times.
