Parking: Too many spots to count there is ample {"plenty of"} spaces 4 the whole family and/or friends (***depends on who you are with and how many cars are with you on your adventures that day \... Or you could just go to the drive threw and order then take the food and drinks home 🏠 to your family👨👩👧👦🧬..) Periodically they can get overpacked and can be overwhelmingly torturous so use extreme patients and prepare for anything and if you can't handle the riff raff dont take the risk of driving there...
Kid-friendliness: Restaurant is vary modernized and beyond accessible for young children aswell as elderly\disabled people
Wheelchair accessibility: 😍 My brother is not only visually impaired, but he is also permently wheelchair-bound hes a quadrapillidric, due to a passed car accident where he broke just about every bone in his dang body😭 Its trully sad with what happened to him but he most certainly doesnt let it slow him down by any-means... He is one sassy dude forsure

Service was friendly but slow. I can't blame the employee for the slow service because they only have 1 employee working during the busy Saturday lunch hour. The blame goes to the owner/manager for opening the restaurant with just 1 employee during the busiest time of the week.Food was only slightly better than cafeteria style. The chicken little patty does not even look like the one in the photo on the menu. It is a sad, dry tony slab of some cardboard like substance which tastes bad. I was hoping it would look, feel and taste like the KFC chicken tenders or Popeyes chicken tenders.The fries tasted pretty bad too and had almost a fish aftertaste as if the fries were being cooked in the same old oil as fish or seafood. Next time I will just get chicken and mashed potatoes or just go-to chick fila.Price for 2 cardboard style chicken littles and 1 fishy fries was $13, so definitely on the high price side for low quality food.I do like the design of the paper bag. It has a very cool retro theme of the KFC Colonel and the original KFC font for the logo. The back side of the bag however is just stupid ads for using the app to skip the line. Using app to skip lines is exactly why lines are getting worse. They are basically ignoring actual people standing in the line to service people who aren't even on the line.This is a mall food court location so there are tons of seats. The menu options are very limited probably due to the manager/owner saving money on fewer employees (just 1 employee at lunch on a busy Saturday), reduced menu also means reduced inventory costs and reduced waste, so it makes sense in a business perspective. But KFC is a well known brand for it's fried chicken, not for its small snack items like tenders, popcorn chicken and mini sandwiches.They should have made this menu consist of just real fried chicken with reduced options of original and crispy. That would reduce inventory costs, reduce waste and offer a more delicious menu option of real fried chicken that is not available anywhere in this food court ?

Our food was really terrible there. We ordered 6 chicken wings, but they only gave us 5 chicken wings. More than that, their food was so bad. They served us chicken that had hot pizza sauce spread on it. We hada really insufficient experience there, and we really wish they would improve more.
