We had reservations for 7:30 for a Saturday night. We waited an hour to be seated still, at 8:30. Don’t think we ate until 9:30 because service was slow. Cook was awesome and so was the food. There was an automatic gratuity for parties 6+ which is fine, but the server wrote the tip in with pen on our receipt which is incredibly suspicious.

This is a tradition to go here on Christmas Eve with friends; we were met with water flowing from the ceiling over the bar, buckets spread around catching water. Health and fire hazard didn't stop us from being seated. Cook wasn't as good as some others we watched and the food was subpar. Lobster and steak both over cooked, others in my group complained about the same thing. I think we need to find a new Christmas Eve location.

Was excited to come eat here with friends this evening and as soon as I opened my dinner napkin I was met with a roach. My friends and I called over the server who appeared unphased and called over the manager. The manager barely acknowledged me when she walked over and had our entire hibachi table move. The server apologized and told me it was the first time several times but by her tone and joking demeanor it appeared that she didn’t actually care and just wanted to know what was going. Upon leaving my friend addressed the manager upon my behalf who began arguing with her. The food isn’t even that good you’re better off going to Benihanas

the food here was really delicious and the staff were incredibly nice and entertaining. we came here for a family member’s birthday and we had a blast! even though we had a reservation, we did have to wait 40mins to get seated but we did go on a saturday so it was extremely busy! all in all, it was an amazing time here and the service and food were definitely worth the wait!

A little disappointed in the management there. I asked if I could get a child's portion due to health issues and told no. I was upset. Most places understand and let me. So I wanted to make sure I wrote a review. I wasn't trying not to pay. I just think its a sin to waste food especially how expensive food is now a days. Otherwise cook was awesome. Still had a good time. Unfortunately my leftovers hit the garage the next day.

The hibachi table was wonderful.
I am extremely disappointed & upset that when the servers bring the dinner plates out they cover the eating side of the plate with there hands... disgusting!!!
I ordered sushi and it came at the end of the meal, didn't management teach their staff the correct way to serve sushi and when?
Now Kiki has a new, inexperienced, sushi master that doesn't know what hamachi toro is nor how to distinguish it from regular hamachi? It's Belly of the Yellowtail and it's very white without the red of normal Yellowtail.
Nor does he know what a Salmon Roe Roll is or how to can prepare it.
IF you decide to try Kiki, ask before hand what you'd like to eat and maybe eat at someplace other than the hibachi table.

Best Hibachi experience I have ever had. Extremely good service from our server Jean, she is a pro. Our chef’s name was Razor and he’s probably the most entertaining chef I’ve seen. Very funny guy and made very good food. Would recommend this spot over any other Hibachi place.

Not much has changed here after 25 years. It's still amazing and one of the best hibachi places in Bergen county. The chefs have updated their shtick with references to Minecraft lava chicken, chicken banana song, etc. kids had a blast. Get double rice because it is the best part of the meal and you will want an extra bowl of rice for your leftovers!
