The older lady working drive thru was not helpful would not answer any questions but kept trying to get us to order a box of 6 instead of the 5 we ordered. And when I asked at the window if they were warm she said no very blatant and in a "can't be bothered voice" and when I asked if she could warm them she said " no we don't do that" in a very rude tone. The donuts were ice cold and this was 10 am in the morning. I was very excited to see a Krispy Kreme location and I've always had great experiences until today. I do not recommend this location.

Welcome to Krispy Kreme International! This is seriously the biggest donut shop Ive ever seen. There is an entire manufacturing line literally sitting in the corner of the place so..yeah..you can expect extreme freshness. The donuts were...ridiculously fresh and lived up to their hype. Its going to be extra difficult putting up with Dunkins comparitively garbage quality now. If you re in the area..this is the place.

I judge KK by the crispiness the doughnuts and these were a little less than perfect. Staff was excellent. Place seemed nice and clean during our brief visit. Wife enjoyed her fancy schmant coffee beverage.
So I was in your location today 2/29 , you had leap year specials and as I waited a young woman and her daughter maybe 7 or 8 was there and it was the little girls birthday, she was born on leap year and as I understand it anyone born on 2/29 can get a box of free donuts with proof of 2/29 birth. The mother had her daughter's passport for proof. An Asian man filipino refused to give her the free box of donuts! Saying WE DONT DO THAT. Are you kidding me it's a corporate promotion. I was so disgusted I left and didn't get my donuts. He said we don't do that? I'm contacting the corporate office and filing a complaint

Stopped by a half hour before closing, lights were on, staff was in the store, donuts were in the case, but the doors were locked and they refused to let us in or take our order even by drive through. They waved us away. Even now the Google site says "open" - we drove well out of our way just to get donuts here and should have been able to buy them, we are incredibly disappointed, frustrated, and sad. We will be calling corporate.Their Springfield location was much kinder, friendlier, and cleaner. I recommend buying donuts there instead.
