Second time i’ve been back here since the new ownership and I think people are reacting angrily when the pizzeria is busy and off their game. it takes a couple years to get your feet under you, and always remember that most people leave reviews when they’re mad rather than when they’re satisfied. That being said, pizza was good, cheese was very chewy but the crust was perfect. mozzarella sticks were delicious but the price for them was outrageous. The sauce was also great. It took only about 30 minutes for my order to be delivered. The pizzeria does feel less like a “neighborhood” spot now. The employees on the phone were not outwardly kind, yet still provided good customer service. The delivery driver met me with a very happy face and a kind demeanor and that’s more than i can ask for near the end of the night. I will be coming back even with the myriad of options in the area, i definitely won’t be ordering the mozzarella sticks though, just check the prices first.

I’m not one to usually complain but this time round maybe she was having a bad day but her attitude towards me coming in to order food wasn’t anything but nice the foods not the same as it used to be or friendliness even the phone service when we order for delivery you don’t feel like a long time costumer any more but best wishes too there new owners on trying to make it happen

I’ve been happily going here for years. When they switched owners the pizza was still very good. Lately twice I’ve gone around dinner time. Pizza is over cooked and unappetizing due to looking dried out. I don’t see the owner out in the dining area anymore. Not sure if he has left the business. I feel like no one’s watching the shop and the pizza is suffering. It was that bad that I walked out and went to another place, twice. Very sad to write this review. I hope things improve.

Maybe the worst pizza I have had in a long time. Certainly in Bergen County. Thick, chewy, bland and this was hot right out of the oven. And don't go expecting to pay what's listed on the menu. The girl said they haven't been updated. Great. Plenty of pizza joints around so try someplace else.

Be careful with delivery. Ordered via slice app and part of order was missing. Restaurant refused to acknowledge problem until provided with doorbell cam footage of order missing items. Had I not had that they had no interest in refunding or bringing the missing item. Mistakes happen but there is no excuse for not trying to make things right or intentionally trying to defraud a customer.

Food was great. It's your friendly neighborhood Italian restaurant and very typical east coast New Jersey experience, but I loved it. It's a very relax vibe where you can enjoy your meal with friends and family. Be warned, portion sizes are pretty big and you will probably have leftovers. I would definitely eat here again if given the opportunity.

This food is not made from any kind of EXPERIENCE or pride! its ingredients and quality is about the poorest I have ever tasted! and any real Italian would know this, its just a poorly ran fast food bad quality restaurant! Actually please do your self a favor and pick any frozen box of microwave Italian entrée at any local grocery store and it would be 1 million times better!! DONT THREW YOUR MONEY OUT THE WINDOW WITH PEOPLE TRYING TO PASS THEM SELFS OFF AS ITALIAN! T

I ordered from them for the first time in a couple of years. It took well over an hour and a half unlike the 45min they told me. The pizza was beyond cold and the ham on the Italian sub was worse then the ham you find in a lunchable. I asked for a gyro and they said they don't make those anymore. Then why is it still on your menu. JUST BAD!

Nov 30th , last night .. we went inside to dine. For the very first time . We sat down and received menu's , the waitress said, the prices on the menu are wrong and disregard them . We ordered a slice of pizza , and a Stromboli filled with cheese and pepperoni. The table : no fork and knife , no napkins, no glass, no ice . We had to get our forks/knives and cups, napkins. We got 2 X to set the table. We DID NOT rush the Stromboli, When the Stromboli was placed onto the table ... "it was raw", uncooked pizza dough inside, cheese was cold, pepperoni was cold. We told the waitress, and showed it to her , we did not rush the order.. we only got a sorry, well this point we told her , we will take it home and continue to cook it until , it's ready to eat , so we do not get sick . Blindly we paid , $22 for a 2 slices, UN cooked/raw Stromboli, soda. We will never will go back. Very poor experience for first time customers.
