This place is fabulous! The gelato and sorbetto are delicious! All are made in the shop. The fudge is some of the best I have ever tasted - dense, full flavored and not too sweet. Yum!

I was in a rush and had to go. I found out after I ordered the establishment doesn't give lids for the cups so you can take it on the run without worrying about it falling out or rubbing on random things on your way out. It also serves as protection in case you accidentally drop it so you don't lose most of the ice cream.
Bags in my hand, and juggling a jumpy kid. I felt like a jerk declining it, but I'm not carrying an open container of ice cream in the situation I was in. There should be a noticeable warning sign before someone orders to go that there will be no lids.
Charge an extra 5 cents for a lid. I would've paid an extra 50 cents at this point.

A beautiful place with delicious icecream, however they lost a customer. We arrived at 9:20pm a group of 4 adults with 6 excited kids traveling from New York for Dubai chocolate icecream and they denied us access because they were closed but were servícing someone while we watched through the glass. The ice cream was still displayed and they were taking someones order. The mall closes at 9:30 people.
