It tastes good, but God dam, it's costly for such a small scoop. Some places have the same flavor and better price. Customer service needs some improvement. The two ladies look at me like I'm homeless and look at my wife with an attitude. Their personality was pissed just because I interrupted their little chat by walking in.

Gelato Recipe is to die for. Customer Service is what will make it a First Time, Last Time Experience. I was holding my infant in one arm, and my mom couldn’t carry all the ice cream we bought so I kindly asked the server/Manager, Andrea, if she had anything that we can use because I was unable to help my mom. She said she had nothing to give us. I saw behind her, she had a tray for large order ice cream, if people were to buy in pints, and she said she can’t give those out. She explained that it was expensive. So I asked her, how will we walk out of here with what we just bought. She looked at me without any remorse, and simply said “I don’t know” and turned her back on me. I calmly got my arm ready to carry my infant as secure as possible and assisted my mom with an ice cream cups on each hand. I was scared that my daughter was going to fall out but as safely as I could, I walked back downstairs to get her in her stroller. She didn’t fall, but ice cream was dripping everywhere on my hands. I went back up after to ask her for her name and ask her why she didn’t help out a paying customer who was clearly struggling to carry her baby? She explained that she gets in trouble by the General Manager, Brian, when giving out the trays. She said, it was expensive and can’t give those out. I then explained, that I wasn’t someone who was trying to get a free tray and use it for nonsense, but I was in need of assistance. I’m leaving this review for future references to parents. This place is not family friendly. It’s So sad because some flavors taste great. But I will no longer be supporting this business.

Highly satisfied! The Gelato here so tasty and has amazing flavors. The staff are always so nice and helpful. The waffle cones are the best. I recommend trying this place out. Every time I go to this mall I cannot leave without some gelato.

I would often visit this store and I must say that the staffing is outstanding. Friendly, courteous, warm and welcoming. I can come here with a bad mood and leave happy. I 10/10 would recommend this gelato spot to anyone. Their flavors are out of the world and pricing is exceptional. Happy and satisfied customer. Honestly the best place to get gelato, they have a variety of flavors to choose from all created from scratch by the friendly staff. They answer all questions with a smile and cater to the customer. Reviews on here saying staff is unfriendly is completely wrong this place is a vibe

Awesome Gelato flavors! The creme brulee flavor is my favorite, so I highly recommend it as well as the oreo flavor. Great experience, great flavors, great customer service and will definitely be going again!

Great customer service! The ladies there are very nice and friendly, and the gelato is good too! I have had nothing but good experiences. Only one thing that I would say is bad is that some people like to try a lot without being mindful of the evergrowing line that is behind them. But the pros outweigh the con. Would definitely go back again!
