This McD has a skinkflation problem medium is small they use bags instead of boxes for the fries. Never returning here.

I get it, it's a McDonald's inside the mall. But every time I come here it's a struggle to get extra condiments or napkins. I swear the employees get docked for giving this stuff out. Anytime I ask for ketchup I'm handed 1-2 packets and I get maybe 2-3 napkins and I'm looked at like I'm crazy for even asking for anything.

Ever since this McD opened many years back, we often stop by this store to please our McD cravings when we are in GSP. It’s relatively small, few spots for dining in, always very crowded. Yet somehow we always manage to order under 5 minutes and we also get our order under 5 minutes. It’s very impressive how they handle such large volume of guests.
The food has always been McD standard. We have got Big Mac, McNuggets, McChicken, Quarter pounder, cheeseburger, fish filet, happy meal, fries (duh), ice cream, milkshake all sorts of items from here over the years, We never had any problem with the quality, quantity or the taste. Fountain sodas have been good too. The only drawback is this store is always messy, specially around the fountain machine area.

Highway robbery at its finest. My daughter and I stopped for McDonald’s yesterday because she wanted the Croc Happy meal. Personally, Ii wanted to go to Peck Peck Chicken in Teaneck or Boom Boom Chicken in Fort Lee. Last choice was Fluffies which looked lite!I was busy and in a rush and just decided to listen to my daughter. I ordered a McChicken Meal and was disappointed. She was equally upset and the mood was sour. Too much that was to be said with the disappointment of which was supposed to be a great meal

If you love me down food you can get it here the only thing is that because it's small it doesn't have enough places to sit down and it could get really crowded at times.. So orders, are all lost in the shuffle

Guys don’t go to this place. First of all, the people are rude and this one lady thinks she rules the mc Donald’s. Second, the food is not what you pay for. At any other mc Donald’s, I can get the size that I ordered from this mc Donald’s much bigger. I ordered large fries, and it came as a size medium. Like what? I’m never coming back here. The people here are negative and have an attitude.

today, approximately one hour ago, i ordered an oreo mcflurry from this location. i thought everything would go well and i would get the service i deserve. HOWEVER, while waiting for my order, i notice that the lady making my mcflurry is being suspicious. first, she almost gave away my order, but then, cause that’s not it, she proceeded to make my mcflurry in the most offensive way i’ve ever seen. that was not a mcflurry, guys. ronald mcdonald would’ve been mad disappointed. she put my ice cream first. no problem. then, she layered the oreo. again, no problem. she could just blend it or mix it to something like with other mcflurrys. but then, she handed it to me. like that. JUST LIKE THAT. MY OREO MCFLURRY WAS NOT BLENDED. THAT WAS ICE CREAM WITH HALF A SCOOP OF OREO SPRINKLES. i am deeply disappointed as i’d been looking forward to the oreo mcflurry since i stepped i stepped into the store. do better.

if i could give this restaurant zero stars i would.i was blamed for a pepper that was on the table next to me by a rude worker. keep in mind, i didn’t order anything that was remotely close to a green pepper.i was rudely confronted by one of the employees. when i told her that the pepper on the table was not mine she gave me a rude look. as i began to leave and throw away everything i had, the workers behind the register were giving me dirty looks.the pepper was not mine mcdonald’s! never coming back. i’m severely disappointed.
