if i could give this restaurant zero stars i would.i was blamed for a pepper that was on the table next to me by a rude worker. keep in mind, i didn’t order anything that was remotely close to a green pepper.i was rudely confronted by one of the employees. when i told her that the pepper on the table was not mine she gave me a rude look. as i began to leave and throw away everything i had, the workers behind the register were giving me dirty looks.the pepper was not mine mcdonald’s! never coming back. i’m severely disappointed.

Ok so how do you rate McDonalds food?Well if they give you the correct size food, maybe better than when they don’t.Fast food using a kiosk how you ask do you get a 1 for service. I will tell you - you just order medium fries, the woman (working at around 3pm on Saturday, March 23) says right to you “Oh my God” right in your face, when you ask for a dipping sauce.. is it really that difficult to just hand someone a sauce? I get it people behind the counter have bad days, but so do people on the other side.Maybe it is time for this person to enter a different field, warehouse, garbage pick up, something where she doesn’t have to deal with people. I don’t think she expected my response as she was speechless when I said did you just say Oh My God to her because she asked you for dipping sauce.Unfortunately at that time I did not realize she also didn’t notice that we paid for medium fries because she gave us small.The food court has so many choices and I will never walk in that McDonalds again. Does it matter in the overall success of McDonalds that I will not go to that one ever again? Absolutely not. so i have been going to this mall for years. I have ordered from here many times before. today i went there with my kids. i ordered 3 cheeseburgers from the dollar bundles ( and remember i said bundle) nuggets and drinks. when i got my order, there was no fries (which is included with the bundles). i come up to the cashier that was taking my order and asked her politely, where’s the 3 small fries. she explains to me that i didn’t order them and i just ordered cheese burgers. i told her no i ordered the bundle, which includes the fries. i also told her that i have no problem paying extra for the fries again but i let her know this is what i definitely order. she then told me after i offered to pay extra to get the fries for my kids, that are waiting. the cashier keeps arguing that this is not what i ordered and disregarded my request. the managers. ( i presume) steps in and tell me that if i give the burgers back he will remake them. i told him my kids are already eating them. “ do you expect my to take it out there mouths, and give it to you” is what i said quote on quote. he just kept repeating my self. i respectfully declined and said i don’t need the fries anymore. omg it’s such a hassle for the just some fries, that i offered to pay for. crazyyyyyy. customer service is out the door and i probably shouldn’t be expecting much from mcdonald’s, it’s just so disappointing.

It was a convenient location to get coffee and something to eat. Affordable, but I do not like how the prices keep going up. I was a customer there for years. there. Made a shocking discovery there one morning on how mean the general manager is and that she can not be trusted. There was a pattern with how this general manager took my order. On April 18, 2023, there was a change in that pattern. The General Manager added an unwanted, mean, embarrassing and harassing comment when she took my order. I was very shocked and disturbed by the comment. She also left me a harassing voicemail message after I complained to customer service and she forced more unwanted comments on me. Shortly afterwards, I got an email from her boss in which she too made the same unwanted comments. I no longer feel comfortable going there. What a horrible way to treat a frequent customer who did business at the Garden State Plaza location for years. This manager embarrassed me to the customers and her staff. I never want to see her face again nor do I want her to service me again. That is very bad customer service. I no longer trust nor like the general manager. McDonald's is a great place to eat. Unfortunately, the general manager ruined the customer experience and the relationship because of her rude comments. It is not safe for me to return there. If the general manager starts in with me, it could put me at risk of having the customers gang up on me and being embarrassed further to the customers and staff. There is also a risk that she may talk about me to her staff in Spanish. I could not get any justice after I complained to customer service. Customer service agrees on how unprofessional the management was but they have no jurisdiction. I did not get any justice from the management that did have the jurisdiction. All they did was continue to force the unwanted comments on me.

Bro how did you serve out a medium rare burger? That's crazy worst McDonald's ever took like 15 minutes to make a plain mcdouble. The cookie is burnt and raw in the middle? How idk because they come precooked and frozen you really have to be careless to mess up a frozen premade cookie.
Order took a bit. Was forgotten about. Friendly staff though recovered the experience.

This place was extremely crowded on 11/12/2022. This was my first time patronizing this McDonald's in this mall. Even though it was crowded, there were no long lines and no long wait for the food. I got my food really quickly. The major concern for me was, there is a triple threat of respiratory illnesses there plaguing so many, this season, such as the Flu, RSV and Covid and masks aren't being worn and there are no distance requirements.
