12 -14 people working in the kitchen, all of them involved in conversation with each other. They are way over staffed, there's not enough work, this creating a social environment. It took 1o minutes to get a donut after i placed my order and paid. It was difficult to get somebody's attention. The manager was present while all this was going on. He's useless, too.

Employees suck 4-5 people waiting for their order at night time and employee is very rude who works at night shift couldnt prepare a simple order 25 min. And giving attitudes to us, if he bates his job he should leave or shouldnt cry life is hard get a helmet dude

Service is great! Food is good but expensive. You can not order iced lattes, ices macchiato, or shamrock shakes on app or kiosk. ONLY IN PERSON. I miss so many deals because I have order those drinks separately. PLEASE FIX

I will never go back here you have to order from a machine then this McDonald's never gets my order right then it takes like 15 minutes just to get 3 drinks and when I finally got the drinks they was not right then the one girl that works there called me a lier then realized she was wrong and didn't even say she was sorry she was wrong never again this place sucks

Waited 15 minutes for a soda, tea, and hot chocolate. Lady was holding our drinks standing turned around looking at the kitchen for at least five minutes till I went up to her and said that’s literally our drinks and all we had and she goes “oh”. While waiting, I watched a girl picking her teeth with her finger on the hand she was using to put sandwiches in someone’s food bag (sorry to whoever that was). Terrible service
Food is good. Place is new and clean. They will not do refills on soda. So if you like to get a second find alternative locations. More McDonald’s higher up on 17.

Been here 4 times since they re-opened. Food is good, staff is nice, the set-up inside is a bit strange or I suppose the new modern (no posted menu - order at a kiosk only) minimal human interaction which is strange. This would be five stars but they have made a mistake or gave the wrong item on two of my orders (I did no receive what was on the itemized receipt and got something else of lesser value). I guess from now on I need to check everything in my order and open it before I leave so I have a chance to have it corrected. Both times mistakes were made they were not busy and it was off-hours (early sunday am or friday am).
