I was in the Paramus store yesterday with my son and he ordered a meal then I ordered a meal for my daughter then ordered a meal for myself and when i went to pay , my meal was not there and I was not charged and I was told by 2 people that I never placed a order ??? then i had selected and paid for a Brownie with my 2 meals . I changed my mind and I wanted to purchase a guacamole and return the brownie and I was told that I could not. so i left with the brownie and NO Homerecker for myself POOR experience

Gave this place 2 chances before leaving this review. The first time the staff was nice and the food tasted ok, but the portion was small. The 2nd time, the staff making our burritos gave us a stink eye while serving us and then barely gave us any protein. When I ask if they can give a little more, she said it'll cost extra. I'm not paying $13 for just rice and beans. I know times are tough, but this is just wrong. My money can be better spent elsewhere.

The food was great. A very good , healthy choice for a family meal. This was a delivery via Uber Eats. The Delivery was poor. The Estimated arrival time changed multiple times so our food arrived 20-25 minutes later than originally scheduled. I cannot rate the atmosphere because it was delivered. I would highly recommend Moe’s to everyone.
Dietary restrictions: Their salads have always been a great choice. You can order with or without dressing and would not affect the taste. You have several choices for proteins which you can get in combinations as well.

So the service was very good, very helpful but The food was bland and lacked flavor, it was late at might towards closing so maybe they were not paying attention to the quality of what was being prepared. I need to come back during the day to give it another chance

Excellent service, friendly and professional staff!! The food is great, always fresh and delicious - great portions too !!! Perfect for dining in; very clean and chill atmosphere.
Vegetarian options: Seasoned rice, cilantro lime rice, black beans, pinto beans, grilled peppers and onions, roasted corn salad, pico de gallo, lettuce, diced onions, black olives, fresh jalapeño, pickled jalapeños, cilantro, guacamole, tortillas wraps and chips!!
Parking: Parking is easy accessible, plenty of parking!!!
Kid-friendliness: Family friendly environment, very homely, great options/portions for kids!!!

AFTER 10YRS OF LOYALTY!! I HAVE OFFICIALLY BROKEN MY RELATIONSHIP W/MOE'S!! Unfortunately they've discontinued the BEST SALSA dip sauce from their sauce bar and added a few new sauces (Not very good btw) and it's just changed the entire dynamic/setup/combo's touch the salsa would give the food. Ever heard of "don't fix what isn't broken"...? Anyways, so longg MOE'S!! Thanks for the years u were my favorite. Guess it's my sign to finally try Qdoba lol.
