I also go here and went to the location in paruams for the first time today and it was 30 minutes to close and I always order the same thing and it is spicy but today I order my food and was eating and I could not finish because of how spicy it was and my husband only had rice and beans and chicken in his and his was also spicy so they put something on the beans.

Genuinely the best moes i’ve been too. the place smelled super nice. all the food was being made fresh. none of the ingredients were stale or sitting too long. staff was super nice. I always get a stack at moes and this did not disappoint. the portions were great and it tasted amazing. great job!

Moe's > Chipotle...beyond that, this Moe's has workers who are courteous and pay attention to people like me who like their food a certain way.
Today I met the owner/manager for the first time ever and he was also attentive, kind, and courteous. Food is deelish and place is pretty clean.
They don’t put out fresh meat or chicken often enough until late into the day. Staff is not friendly either

I was in the Paramus store yesterday with my son and he ordered a meal then I ordered a meal for my daughter then ordered a meal for myself and when i went to pay , my meal was not there and I was not charged and I was told by 2 people that I never placed a order ??? then i had selected and paid for a Brownie with my 2 meals . I changed my mind and I wanted to purchase a guacamole and return the brownie and I was told that I could not. so i left with the brownie and NO Homerecker for myself POOR experience

Gave this place 2 chances before leaving this review. The first time the staff was nice and the food tasted ok, but the portion was small. The 2nd time, the staff making our burritos gave us a stink eye while serving us and then barely gave us any protein. When I ask if they can give a little more, she said it'll cost extra. I'm not paying $13 for just rice and beans. I know times are tough, but this is just wrong. My money can be better spent elsewhere.
