Been going to Moe's for years but due to a recent move I hadn't been to one in a while as it wasn't super close anymore. I was disappointed to find out they made some changes to their menu. Most notably is they change their tortilla chips. The old ones are definitely much better. Other than that you still get the delicious over stuffed burrito made to order! I'll put up with the chips I suppose

The 3 employees 2 guys 1 girl who work on mondays are the absolute worst scum of the earth employees the fast food world has ever seen. They also hardly speak any english whatsoever or at least don’t make it seem like they want to bother talking. They will roll their eyes at anything you say give the worst portion sizes have no enthusiasm with their job and simply don’t care. They talk about you behind your back in spanish but luckily I know spanish so I know exactly what they’re saying and i’m tired of it. This location needs a full rehaul and needs these three out because i’ve been to many moes locations and have never received this type of service on a consistent basis from any other restaurant in my life.

Wild gove zero stars if i could. The workers are disorganized and dont listen to orders. I had to reeat myself 3 times to the first worker just for the second worker to put on items i didnt ask for AND that im highly allergic to. The staff is extremely slow and cant even move along with a slow rush of 3-4 people waiting in line. Theres a chipotle a few businesses down that actually will get your order right. Moes food is usually solid but you shouldnt have to wait 30 minutes in a line of 3 people just to get your order messed up. Wont be back will only choose different locations.

i used to be a big moe’s fan, but it fell off hard, portion sizes are smaller then chipotle by far and i paid more then i would have there. food isn’t flavorful and the beans which in this bowl style of food are not meant to be the only flavor we’re practically the only thing i tasted, i do not encounter this issue anywhere else. the chicken was bland and the guac portion is laughable. stick to chipotle not only for your dollar but for your taste buds

I give a big HELLO and Credit to the Octavio, Angie and the ENTIRE Crew (staff) they are ALL AWESOME!I must saw I visited many other Moe's in NY and NJ...
