This place is poorly run. Have to wait over 30 minutes to buy coffee pods. Don’t understand why it is such a big deal to buy coffee. You can’t just buy coffee pods and go. The lady at the front was very rude and dismissive when I told her I already knew what I wanted and if I can just buy it instead of waiting for people to finish their “sampling”. Very poorly thought out and run.

I recently visited the Nespresso store in Paramus and had a fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly welcoming, and I was offered a free tasting, which was such a great touch. Raisa, in particular, was exceptionally helpful—she guided me through the different coffee options, answered all my questions, and made sure I found the perfect blend to suit my taste. The atmosphere of the store was inviting, and I left feeling informed and excited about my new coffee purchase. Thank you to Raisa and the Nespresso team for such a wonderful experience! Highly recommend visiting if you’re in the area.

From the moment I stepped inside, I was captivated by the beautiful store design. The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, offering a free espresso shot to sweeten the deal. The service was efficient, and they were more than happy to help me understand the different flavor profiles of their coffee pods. This is, without a doubt, the best coffee boutique I've encountered in Bergen, New Jersey.

Raisa and Alavro they were the best, this is my favorite location of all even Soho and the Paris locations. Whenever I come in they are always so kind. The manager or director really has an eye for good talent. Thanks!

I like Nespresso store because there is a coffee bar where you can try coffee before buying! but in the coffee bar not all types of coffee are available for testing (only 3 or 4 types and that’s it) and they also used to always give coffee samples along with the purchase, but the last 3 times I bought coffee boxes but they no longer put samples in the order (although I always received them in this store and the official website states that samples are given with any purchase in a store or online) so I only give 3 stars

Okay this new thing with QR codes and personal info requests from staff is ridiculous. I can’t just walk in, buy coffee and leave. No, the store is empty and I have to scan the QR code to take the place in line(btw, there’s no line) and then give my first and last name + phone number to BUY COFFEE! they will not sell you anything unless you follow their “protocol”.. I’ll just stick to buying capsules from Amazon

I have been going to this location since I purchase my first Nespresso. I am in my second Nespresso. I went to this location today hoping to walk out with an updated Nespresso machine. However once I walked in I was treated by a very unprofessional host. To the point where I felt I was being treated as someone that had no need to be there. To top it off they implemented a system where you do not stand in line to purchase but instead have to scan a QR code which you actually have to stare at your phone to know when it is your turn or where to go.. The “host” was useless. Then while we waited after ordering the coffee I was standing by a shelving and another later by the name of Raisa approach us with an attitude as if we were doing something wrong. We were standing and talking while we waiting for your team member to get our coffee that we order. IF you do not want people standing and waiting maybe you want to arrange your processing. I won’t be purchasing from this location.. Thank you Paramus Boutique as your service is lacking and your customer service skills need more training.. No need to purchase another machine from you and will consider another brand.

Extremely disappointed because my girlfriend was really excited to go since she just got a nespresso machine. Drove 30 minutes just for them to be closed at 7:20 pm when they state they are open to 9 pm. I made sure to double check the time before making the drive . None of the stores around it were closed yet. You should change your hours because it is misleading and people would need to travel a good distance due to this being the only store in our general area.
