One of the best places for meal in Paramus Park mall. Teriyaki chicken is really good, the sauce has delicious flavor. Fried rice and white are also really good. Each combo has huge amount of protein and rice. Price of the combos are fair. They also have some sides dishes like dumplings, spring rolls and noodles.

Food is cooked and served pretty quickly, unless they need to cook a fresh batch of chicken. Condominiums are available in front of the store.

Parking: Lots of parking spots available all around the mall.

It is such a simple food to make for an Asian dish. Making beef and shrimp fried rice shouldn't take 15 minutes. The cooker looks straight up from junior HS, not high school. The portion of the meats is tiny. Please do not come here to eat!!

**Update 09/07/2022Thanks to the idiot governor murphy, we no longer have plastic bags for takeout food. So now when food, sauces, spices and juices spill, they leak through the paper bag and onto your car seat and your clothes too! Cant wait for holiday shopping with zero bags! Im sure a lot more NJ shoppers will be buying on Amazon instead of buying at our NJ malls.(The paper bag switch is no fault to the manager/owner of Nori. It is 100% fault of our idiot governor.)To the owner/manager of Nori, please bring back plastic bags. As noted in my review, other customers and other reviews, plastic bags are necessary. Food in containers will always spill. No bag means the shopper will just go home and leave the mall instead of shopping. Paper bag means the shopper will spill the food & sauces leaking all over clothes and car. Plastic bags will help because they are waterproof and can hold a lot which allows the shopper to keep shopping without worrying if food and sauces will spill all over them. The happier shoppers are, the longer they will shop, and come back for more food and will want to shop at this mall more often. If you help to do the opposite (paper bags or no bags), the shoppers will not want to stay long or come back to this mall.Side comment... now that it appears as if Master Wok has closed permanently, we now only have 4 choices remaining in the PP Mall.. Nori, Charleys Sandwiches, Nathans(overpriced), and Chickfila. The heart of any mall is its foodcourt. Without a strong foodcourt, people will have little interest in shopping longer.**end of updateExcellent Japanese Teriyaki chicken!!Nori Japan takes over the old location of Sarku Japan, but the flavor and deliciousness is almost as good ?The food was yummy. You can watch the chef sear fry your meal fresh as you wait. The employees are super friendly. The prices are just right at roughly $9 for a meal and roughly $2 for a fountain drink. Lines are moved quickly. The food is always fresh and yummy.Several other food options if you are not in the mood for chicken. The rice is fluffy and good.Pros:Delicious foodSeveral menu choicesGood drink selectionFriendly employeesFast serviceFresh food cooked in front of youCan customize your food (vegetable, no vegetable, extra souce or no sauce etc)Good pricesPlenty of seating in the food courtCons:Paper bags instead of plastic bags. So as soon as your food and sauces spill, they will soak through the paper bag and leak all over you, you clothes and your car. Please bring back plastic bags! Plastic bags are useful, helpful and much cheaper than paper bags for the owner/manager.Great job bringing good Japanese teriyaki chicken back to the Paramus Park Mall!!Thank you Nori Japan!! ?

Terrible experience all around. Hard time placing the order, but once we thought we got it right, it still came out wrong. Once they corrected, the veggie soba was completely bland. Absolutely not worth the time or money. The containers also don't stay shut, so bring a rubber band with you unless you want the food spilling out in your bag or something as you walk the mall. But a better idea would be to avoid this entirely.

Have to say, fried rice are not what I expected, hard and not like real fried rice to me, and not enough veggies, hope you will get better. Pay attention to what you're cooking.

I’m the last person tonight order for one chicken teriyaki. I got my meal with the rest of the chicken on the iron plate. which is clearly not enough and they refused to cook more.

Good food, the chicken is great esp with the chicken sauce flavor. The chefs there do an excellent job with handling the food they cook and serve.
