Finally this staff was great at the Paramus Park, NJ restaurant around 6pm. The two front end was so friendly, professional and precise with my order. It’s also clean and organized.

Bought baguette loaf, unfortunately had hair in middle of loaf when eating. Staff need to be more hygienic in preparation of food. This was disgusting, not going there for some months now at least.

Writing this as i sit here waiting for food. . .
I walked into this semi-busy panera on my way to work, i saw there was a line so I decided to use a kiosk. As im entering my order the cashier begins to announce that it would be 15minutes+ of a wait on food. So as im waiting for food i asked the cashier for a water cup and she pointed to the kitchen and said “can you ask them.” With an already overwhelmed kitchen, i couldnt/wouldnt dare ask for more. She wasnt just rude to me but she wasnt a team player to her coworkers. Not to mention i saw a stack of water cups sitting infront of her. I understand its busy and i get being overwhelmed but her response was uncalled for. I hope her day was better after the rush.

I come to this place almost every day for a sandwich and coffee, and it’s always a great experience. The food is fresh, the drinks are spot on, and the atmosphere feels relaxed and welcoming exactly what I need to start my day right.
I especially want to show some appreciation for the kind lady working at the counter on Saturdays. She’s always so friendly and the cookie is so delicious which made my day ☺️
They do not make the pick up orders asap. It took us 1 hour after we placed the order to get our order. They also do not answer their phones on purpose and leave it ringing.

Horrible ,ordered on app , strawberry poppyseed salad , no pineapple one half strawberry I ordered extra Poppyseed dressing was given Italian or Greek , which I didn't realize. , put it on salad it was disgusting ?

Panera Bread is my favorite Salad and Sandwich place. But Had bad experience for first time. I guess, once you r in New York/ New Jersey, rudeness is part of the service they offer. We were in the restaurant by 10.12 Am and still we were refused the breakfast even after taking order..sad. Service was delayed, pathetic and inefficient. There standards, irrespective of location should always be same.
