Service is horrible. Made an order, it was charged to the the debit card, the Panera system didn’t get it. GM wouldn’t even get off the phone just took it from his ear for half a second to say “nothing we can do, deny it with your credit card” after seeing the charge on the bank app.

Good food but Service is terrible. This is the second time we got a messed up order. We ordered off the app and got the wrong soup and some parts of the order didn’t show up. Nobody even does their jobs anymore! We have been ordering from here for a while now and will be the LAST time we will order from here.

Average Panera bread. Good location with convenient parking. I did not have small change, but the counter staff were accommodating, went out of their way to get change from their colleagues. Thumbs up for service!

Ordered an avocado garden toast got the wrong one when I informed them the lady told someone else and that lady had a look like if I was asking for something extra a d the way she threw the plate I left food there you don't ever serve someone that way very very bad customer service
