The lady taking payment at the drive thru window at 6p on new years eve forgot to give spoons with our two bowls of soup .... Inconvenient, and irritating because that's after spending $20 on two bowls of soup (welcome to 2025, or 2026 in a few hours).
Side note, the receipt said cashiers name was Kevin but not sure if the receipt was referring to drive thru or cashier indoors.

I’m done giving Panera chances. Almost every time I order, they forget food items a sandwich missing ingredients, a side not included, or something I paid for just not in the bag. It’s beyond frustrating to sit down ready to eat and realize part of the meal is missing.
If you’re going to charge premium prices, the order should at least be complete.

This was one of the more impressive Panera Bread cafes that I have been to. The restaurant was clean, well organized, and the service was super friendly and helpful. The food was fresh and tasty. I had the cream of broccoli soup to start. It was mild, with just the right amount of flavor. I followed that up with the French Dipper. The roast beef was tender and flavorful and the bread was fresh and crunchy. I was very pleased with my dining experience.

I have always been a fan of Panera bread I like the soup I like the sandwiches and I like the mac & cheese, but today I got a smoothie and they gave me a broken cup with my smoothie so my smoothie dripped all over. I was disappointed because I was looking forward for my smoothie, and it ended up on me!
