I have always been a fan of Panera bread I like the soup I like the sandwiches and I like the mac & cheese, but today I got a smoothie and they gave me a broken cup with my smoothie so my smoothie dripped all over. I was disappointed because I was looking forward for my smoothie, and it ended up on me!

I was a pretty steady customer but when I went there a few weeks ago it was obvious that the same people didn't own it They eliminated couple of staples like the turkey avocado and other things and the quantity within the sandwich wasn't the same

Stood there for 5 minutes no one at the register. Asked a dark haired woman who had already seen me and was walking around if I had to use the self checkout machines. She had an attitude and said she would be right there. I knew from her attitude that I didn't want to eat there. I left.

Service is horrible. Made an order, it was charged to the the debit card, the Panera system didn’t get it. GM wouldn’t even get off the phone just took it from his ear for half a second to say “nothing we can do, deny it with your credit card” after seeing the charge on the bank app.
Good food but Service is terrible. This is the second time we got a messed up order. We ordered off the app and got the wrong soup and some parts of the order didn’t show up. Nobody even does their jobs anymore! We have been ordering from here for a while now and will be the LAST time we will order from here.
