I always love this place what could I say. The only thing I don't like is they will not sell you a large frozen lemonade anymore.
The women on the intercom was rude. Gave us the wrong sandwich and when I drove back to get a new one they told me " you didn't say plain". I had a person next to me that confirmed I did. The manger was no help. Not our first problem here, we will not go back.

It's not worth the money for small pieces of chicken . The soda machine was not working, and I had to come back because they got my order wrong. The chaser was busy having a conversation with the other worker who was on break from across the room. I paid 11.00 for bad service and bad food. So when you have a crave for Popeyes, ignore it and go somewhere else.

This has to be one of the worst Popeyes! I live close by so I come here for the convenience. I’m done with this place. The problems with this particular location, is that it is that the problems are constant. No drinks are ever available! You’re forced to ask for the drink and they had only a few options available and it tastes like flavored water. Disgusting! The food, I’m not even going to talk about it. Just trust that it is at best a 50 % chance you will get chicken that isn’t completely dried up or just plain inedible. Why is it that they don’t offer codes for this location when you fill out a survey? Is It the possibility that they don’t want you to say how bad it is in there? Nonetheless, they need to desperately revamp this location. Not going back.

Also the drink dispenser NEVER has any drinks of any kind available. When you bring this issue up to the manager who’s in the back talking on his cellphone in some foreign language, he’s like in La La land!!!! Boycott this location ASAP!!!!

If I could rate this Popeyes location with less than one star I would. For the last 15+ years we have eaten here whenever we shop in Paramus. Rather than go through the drive-thru, my wife and I decided to go inside to eat. NEVER AGAIN!! Everything from the cleanliness, food, service, and atmosphere, were absolutely disgusting. The tables and seats were littered with fried chicken-skin crumbs; we had to ask for them to be cleaned. The chicken was over cooked; it tasted like it had been sitting out all day and then refried for our order. It was hard, dry, and well below the quality we'd expect from Popeyes. The Sweet Iced Tea was warm and tasted rancid. Now I'll move on to the service: the manager was beyond obnoxious. We witnessed in horror as he charged another customer $1 for a cup of water. He then proceeded to charge a meek elderly gentleman $0.50 for packets of sauce! When it came to us, he didn't budge when my wife told him the iced tea didn't taste good, instead he waved me in the direction of the soda and told me to dump it and get something else using the same rancid-iced-tea laden cup. As far as the atmosphere goes, in between yelling at his coworkers throughout the restaurant he would break into singing in an Indian Raga or Arabic Maqam style (his poor performance made it impossible to determine which one he was attempting). His hospitality was reserved, however, for a co-worker who who was taking a dinner break in the dining area. She was NOT EATING A MEAL FROM Popeyes--now we understand why she wasn't and neither should you!!

Friendly staff, quick order, quick turn around time. Did not wait long. Front cashier was super sweet. Easy location to get in and out. The chicken sandwich was really really good and not to mention the fries. Popeyes always had addicting fries. I definitely recommend.

This was the second time that part of my order was left out. When I returned home, I noticed the Strawberry Biscuits were not in the $50+ order. I tried calling three times and nobody answered the phone. Besides the fact they can't put together an order, the food was not worth the steep price. My opinion, don't waste your time and money. Hopefully corporate will see this and step in to fix it.
