We visit this location regularly and have been extremely dissatisfied our last few visits. Employees barely speak English. Had to repeat our order at least 3 times. We waited outside for 33 minutes for our order! This is not fast food. Staff did NOT apologize or even try to explain the delay. They were out of Diet Coke, Mardi gras sauce. By the time we got our order the potatoes were cold. I asked to speak to a manager and Filomena was there and absolutely did nothing to address the issues. Suffice to say, I will not be visiting this particular location again. Just awful

Ordered food today 2/21/25 at 9:35pm the chicken was flavorless and cold! The small mash potatoes were half empty and again no flavor, the biscuits were bland as well, horrible experience, the drive thru was extremely PACKED too smh. Never returning to this Popeyes again! Disgusting.

I love Popeyes chicken but since they open this store closer to my location I have tried them several times but today I had enough! There’s only one person working the register and fixing your order, you wait for EVER! and they never ever fail to mess up the order!!! I’ll drive a little bit more but I’ll definitely not be getting my food from this location anymore. UNBELIEVABLE!! Today I got home without the mash potatoes, missing 2 apple pie and missing a drink. I tried calling but they don’t answer the phone, not unusual. Good bye Rt 4 Paramus Popeyes 👋

Terrible customer service. I had a receipt for a free 2pc + a biscuit with the purchase of a large drink and the drive through told me that I couldn’t redeem it there. They have always tried to nickel and dime me for everything, even when my parents order. I don’t know who’s running this restaurant, but I’d highly recommend going to the one in Paramus by what used to be next to fuddruckers. Born and raised in New Jersey, and I’ve never seen customer service as abysmal as this.
