Waited 18 minutes at the drive through for these Garlic Parmesan wings. Sloppy, looks nothing like the pictures. Just some regular wings thrown on top of sauce. Doesn’t even taste good. Highly disappointed.

This location is horrible ,fast food I don’t think so. They move like snails. If you are on a lunch break forget this location. Cust service is horrendous, management should be ashamed no coaching or training obviously. Clean house !!! Sat a drive thru for 5 min no one came to help. Tried to go inside line was 7 deep and none at counter. Horrible, do better only Popeyes in the area.

Ordered 2 breast spicy and wing…. Paid extra for the breast and they gave me 2 wings and a breast…. I even asked 2x and they said yes. LIAR!!! Sooo mad!!!! I live all the way up in Pompton lakes and it’ll take me forever to head back… I hate liars and cheaters.

When I checked popeyes today, it said they close at 11. When I got there, I was, not even greeted, but screamed at by some lady named “Dee”. Before even saying Hi to me she proceeded to say “uht uht we closed” and ask how I got in. Obviously the door was open. There was no reason for her to be rude and I find that she isn’t fit for a job where you work with PEOPLE.

Food is great but they are understaffed and most people are stuck waiting in line for 20+ minutes without being addressed or waiting on food.
Place needs help. The counter help doesn't speak clear or understand the menu. Lack of communication between front and back. Messed the order up. Food doesn't look or taste good. Everything came out cold. No sense of anyone happy to work there.
