“Service was quick and easy. We got the new fun smore pretzels to share. It was creative and unique. They tasted pretty good. The customer service wasn't anything amazing but also wasn't anything awful either. Just kind of your regular run of the mill pretzel shop. Was a little pricey at $9 for pretzels but is what it is.“

“Always friendly, every time I've called looking or seeing if they were open or whatever they need maybe ..🤩🤩🤩 I tell them I'm on my way and they always say make sure you get a fresh hot batch and it is hot when I arrive.“

“Real tasty pretzels that you can have plain, salted, cinnamon sugar, or glazed. I always ask for the little bite size segments rather than the whole pretzel. If you request it, they will give you half of them salted and half plain (which helps keep my salt consumption down). They have several locations in the mall, but this one is in the Restaurant District by Lenscrafters and Ruby Tuesdays. Generally pretty quick service.“
