The service here at Qdoba is amazing and friendly. From the start of your order to your receipt is top notch. They are really there to serve and provide great service. The food is always fresh. The surf and turf a personal favorite of mine with mix of white and brown rice, black beans, fajitas veggies, some jalapenos, with green salsa on the side. Wow now I'm hungry lol go see for yourself. Your taste buds will thank you.

I was surprised to see this Qdoba tucked into the corner of Bergen Town Center mall. But I am glad they are there. I like Qdoba’s ingredients more than chipotle. Thankfully this store maintains the quality. People are much better behind the store here. Have more patience and care about good service.It’s a pretty large store, lots of space to dine in. All well known Qdoba items are available here. I got my salad bowl with rice, corn, peppers, guacamole and some spicy sauce. It was a perfect blend. Everything was freshly made and tasted amazing. Will be a more frequent visitor to this location, now that I know.

Your run of the mill QDOBA. Food was good and fresh, staff wasn't overly friendly by any means, but I stopped in rather late. Restaurant was well taken care of and didn't appear to be very dirty by any means. Call me crazy, but I prefer QDOBA over Chipotle.

I did a delivery pickup here and the aroma was so delightful, I just had to try it. I ordered the steak and shrimp bowl with the avocado and it was gooood. The workers were very friendly, clean atmosphere, quiet, and a lot of parking. Staff are hardworking and good people. Enjoyed the food, Mexican fast food and fresh at its best! They have lots of seating area and busy in the weekend. Food is tasty and serving is enough to fill you up till dinner time again.

This location is the worst! The women here are horrible at customer service! No smiles or friendliness. I waited 20 minutes to be served and I was the only other customer besides the one customer at checkout meanwhile employees walked around and talked!!! To make things worst a man randomly came in way after me probably from a delivery service like Grubhub and had a missing order so they put his needs before mine like I wasn’t standing there patiently waiting before him! He wasn’t even on line he was along the side where I guess pick up would be. Unacceptable!!!!
Took a few bowls home for dinner. White rice, chicken, steak and birria brisket. The steak was way over cooked ,chewy, flavorless. The chicken was seasoned but rubbery. The birria brisket… stringy mess. Guacamole, completely flavorless … basically mushed avocado. The onions and fajita vegetables were good. I give credit that this bowl actually held up texturally. We picked it up, brought it home , unpacked all the groceries and did a few things around the house before eating and they remained warm and crunchy. For fast food, not terrible, just flavorless. There is certainly worse out there.

While I admit to being biased towards Q'doba over chipotle, my experience here is what drove the 5 star rating. The staff's friendly and professional attitude while creating my bowl made the experience that much better. The food was excellent, but the friendly workers gave it a homely feel.

Loved the food, the veggies were fresh, the rice wasn't lumpy and beans were good. But as a vegetarian, there was no protein option (Sofritas) like they do at ChipotleIf they do add a Tofu, Paneer option I think this chain can give Chipotle a run for it's money!Vegetarian options: Need more Veggie options, like Tofu or Paneer (Sofritas) that is served at Chipotle
