I order from this location a lot, I like the quality of food and how clean this location is. My issue is the posted closing hours. There’s been a few times where I walk in 30 minutes before the posted closing time and have been denied service because the staff says they are “closed”. I get it, some days can be super slow, so it makes sense to close a little early, but it happens too often and mainly on the weekends, and after todays experience I’m probably never coming back to this location. Today I called at 9:40pm to ask at what time they would be closing because it says 11pm online. The first girl who picked up the phone greeted me, I asked for store hours and she responded with “uhhhh” and proceeded to hang up the phone on me. So I called again and this time a male worker picked up, I asked at what time they close and he said “anywhere from 10-10:40”. I’m extremely frustrated because I’m coming out of work hungry and the workers here refuse to work their posted hours… I get wanting to leave work early, but for this to happen so often is ridiculous. To be told that they may close an hour before your posted closing time is also crazy. This location has to either retrain or hire new staff…. Or at the very least change their hours because this is unacceptable.

This is/was probably the best Qdoba in NJ. The staff was super friendly and they'd give huge portions without me asking (around 1.5 scoops of meat). The last few times I've been here, they'll instead take a full scoop, put most of it in the bowl, and then put the rest back. Why??? I understand portion control but if it's on the spoon just put it in the bowl. Are 5 pieces of chicken going to put this business under?

Food was fresh. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl. However, the chicken was salty (could have been a bad batch). An ample selection of sides. Good portions when I went. Staff was friendly and I didn't feel rushed whilst ordering. Plenty of parking. Guac and queso came with the burrito bowl +1. Lastly, the restaurant was clean.

I ordered chicken burrito bowl from Doordash this evening. The person who delivered was fine. Once I got the food it wasn't very warm and the bowl wasn't full pretty much below the rim and I also ordered tortilla chips with salsa. I send you pictures so you can see for yourself. The last time was excellent perfect. I know it's a different person each time that makes this. I wish they did a better job making this. I paid a lot for everything.
Food was delicious and portions were plentiful. I was pleased by the amount of toppings available. Angelica really took care of me and made me feel at home. Definitely recommend this place for a quick and hearty bite.

I tried QDOBA its great alternative to Chipotle. I think the food ingredients are even better tasting and no charge for guacamole ?. Common u can't beat that part hahaha. Worth checking price is right friendly staff clean and chill atmosphere. Def recommend some of the best healthy fast food around. ! Will be coming back.
