Don’t come. Lady charged me extra when I said half and half when every Qdoba I’ve been to has done that and it came out to about 12/13 dollars. Got charged $21 for the same bowl I usually get. Had to repeat the order multiple times because she was about to put the wrong stuff on my bowl every single time. Fair Lawn location is better. They’re nice at least but I don’t know why I had to pay more.

Always clean, staff are always so nice and food is always fresh... I drive here from New York all the time, the best!!
The woman at the front was so nasty and agitated that we were there. She forgot my water bottle and acted as if I was bothering her. The beans were awful, the rice was hard and the guac nasty. I’ll never return here again.

The people complaining about the service are spot on. The black guy working the counter will literally stare you down when you walk in like you're an inconvenience. The first time I wrote it off as him having a bad day but it happens every time I go here, and I went here quite a bit. He'll say nothing, pick up a bowl, and then stare at you until you say what you want.
You're in the service industry, can you learn how to serve? No problem with any of the other staff. I've started to dread coming here and hope that the nicer lady is working when I walk in.
