We waited longer than we should have for a slush drink although there was no order ahead of us and the staff were just chatting. Drink was okay. It was just sitting there and no one cared to tell us it was ready.

I come to this RFBT frequently for the Mango Diamond Slush, but have been repeatedly disappointed of late. For a place that charges ~$10 per drink I’d expect them to be selective about the fruit that they use—but instead they are using fruit that’s unripe and not fit for use as either a topping or in a smoothie. If you come here for the mango drinks, avoid this place from September to May. Their app has also been down for close to six months so there’s clearly a management issue behind the scenes.

Not bad watermelon juice, natural, no added sugar, we ordered juice at a self-service kiosk, because it’s better to order it yourself with a card, that’s what they explained to us.

Today was my second visit to this place. I ordered the diamond mango for the second time. The first time it was delicious, but this time it only tasted like water, no fruit flavor, and it didn't have the mango chunks they offer in the photo. It seems that they made my juice with some leftovers from before and a lot of water. A total disappointment.

The two young girls that worked Wednesday night on the 7/24 horrible, and stinky attitude for no reason. I’m always going to this location. Never had a bad experience before. So sad.

I love the Mango Diamond Slush, but unfortunately, the sight of the dirty ceiling completely put me off. Is it sanitary for it to be that dirty?
