Real Fruit Bubble Tea

Very disappointed. Came in around 8:57 to order and the girl with dreads said that they are close. But they close at 9:00. This place needs better staff who are willing to serve customers until the time they close.

Im 70 years old and want to buy something at this store but the young black girl told me that I need to use kiosk screen to place an order. I asked her if she can just help me to pay at the cash register, but she declined my request even no one at the time except me. I ask her again to help me but she decline my request again. Before i leave i asked her name and it was Liane. This person will ruin this business. She Should not be hired by anyone. She is a liability to any businesses she will work with.

Terrible Experience
Yesterday my friends & I decided to stop by after shopping because we’ve always enjoyed their smoothies, but this visit was extremely disappointing.
We ordered two strawberry banana smoothies that tasted only like strawberry, so we politely asked if they could be remade. One worker agreed, but the other disappeared to the back and didn’t return until we left. When our third drink, a mango slush, came out, it tasted like nothing but ice. We asked for it to be remade as well, but instead of starting fresh, the worker just added more ice to the leftover's in the blender & just blended it again.
Throughout the interaction, the worker rolled her eyes, side-eyed us, and made it clear she was annoyed, even though we were polite. While I understand remaking drinks can be frustrating, we paid $7 each and none of the drinks tasted right.
Overall, the service was unprofessional, and the drinks were unsatisfactory.
Definitely not worth the money or the attitude.

I’ve never experienced such unprofessional customer service. One of the employees openly gave me side-eye and rolled their eyes right in front of me. All I did was politely ask for my smoothie to be remade because it tasted only like strawberries, with no banana at all. Instead of handling it professionally, the employee acted visibly annoyed to do their job. Extremely disappointing experience.
Side note: The employee’s hair was falling out of her claw clip and all over the place. If you’re going to wear one, at least secure it properly—especially when working around open fruit. It’s extremely unsanitary and poses a risk of contamination.

Absolutely no costumer service. They don’t even acknowledge the costumer. Waited on line for 10 min before someone else walked up and used another kiosk that was hidden on the side wall out of plain view from the entrance. These employees just let us wait and said nothing. Then when another costumer asked can she be serviced because she was paying with cash the employee caught an attitude and still made her wait.

I wanted to buy something at this place but the service was horrible. The Latin lady who works there can’t be more rude to customers! I really wanted a drink from there :(

Real Fruit Bubble Tea is a must-visit if you’re a mango lover like me! I absolutely loved their mango bubble tea paired with strawberry boba—the combo is so refreshing and satisfying. The fresh mango bits add the perfect texture and burst of flavor. It’s not too sweet, just perfectly balanced. A great pick-me-up treat any day!

I got the Mango Slushy and the girl who made my drink was just a complete delight 🥰 5/5, and it actually tastes like real fruit so it lives up to the name.

When I went to get a slush from Real Fruit, I ordered and paid for a medium size. However, the girl preparing my order mistakenly made a small size. When I informed her about the error, she responded very rudely. Instead of remaking the drink, she simply added some ice or water and handed me a large size. There was also a boy with long hair working there, and both of them were unprofessional in their behavior.

If you are looking for something healthy, then this is one of the better options. I tried their smoothie and it was really good with chunks of mango and pineapple. Definitely gonna try their different flavors in the future. ✅️

Every time I come here this dude always give a hard time. Anytime I come and ask for a substitute milk for a drink refuses to do it but other workers are willing to do it . I don’t see what’s the problem is . If it’s extra ok fine the drinks are already expensive but no claims it’s against company policy to add milk when there are other drinks that have milk in it. To me it’s just being lazy and not trying to satisfy the customers and preventing from repeat customers wanting to come back to this location.
