I recently visited the Red Lobster on Route 17 and ordered the Seafood Boil, and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. For $46.99, the portion was shockingly small. The lobster was undersized (to put it kindly), and the rest of the bag included only a couple of potatoes, scrawny shrimp, crab legs, and corn. It felt like there was no care or effort put into the dish.
The only highlight of the visit was our waiter—he was attentive and wonderful. Unfortunately, the food itself was scarce and not worth the price. I also spoke with the manager, but he didn’t seem to understand my concern and simply mentioned that adding more to the bag would be an additional charge.
I really wanted to enjoy this meal, but I left feeling unsatisfied and frustrated. Please do better with this dish in the future—it should feel like a special experience, not one that leaves your guests feeling let down.

Filthy. As bad as I remembered from my childhood. This place should go out of business. Should probably put salt on the menu. Crawdads are not lobsters folks. Terrible food outrageously expensive.

I want to give a huge shoutout to Iyonna at Red Lobster! We weren’t being waited on, and she noticed right away. Even though she was busy, she came over, took our drink order, and handled our food order since we were ready. She originally came to help find our server but stepped up and took care of our table without hesitation. Her awareness and willingness to go above and beyond really made our experience a great one. Thank you, Iyonna!

I tried to seafood boil for the first time thought it would be disappointed because of all the negative comments but it was actually pretty good and I would definitely purchase it again it was a little pricey near $50 but delicious so if you go make the investment in your meal and enjoy! 😉

I rated it a 4 out of 5 because we had to wait longer than expected for a waiter to come to our table. However, once Jaden came to our table we were extremely pleased. Jaden has a great personality and truly did a great job. He was extremely attentive to my mom and I and was an overall nice person and an excellent waiter :)

My wife and I had an excellent experience. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Both the waiter and the manager treated us very well and were very attentive throughout our visit. Definitely a place we’d love to come back to.

Jaden our waiter made our dining experience yesterday ( 8/8) one of the best we have had at this Red Lobster restaurant. He was attentive, friendly, yet very professional. He kept checking in on us to make sure we were doing okay. His costumer service was excellent. I am very big on customer service and he fit the bill to my expectations. This Red Lobster restaurant is very lucky to have him!

I have been going to red lobster for more than 20 years. I went recently after probably 1 year of not going. I was shocked by the prices. I got the cheapest items on the menu. Very expensive.the menu is not as good as it used to be. The service was very good as usual.

The food and quality wasn't good. I haven't been to Red Lobster since about a year ago and I was feeling like seafood. There prices have gone up and the food quality has gone down. They even charge now for salad and extra for certain sides. I feel like they nickel and dime everything. my husband got the lobster pasta. There was barely any lobster in there and the bowl was only half full. I won't be going back.

Malachi (Mal) was an excellent server. He was attentive, thorough, and polite. Bartender personally delivered our virgin drinks, which made us feel special. Our food was delicious. We had a great time until the lights went out, some kind of power outage in the area. The manager came over personally to apologize and discounted our bill for the inconvenience.

Had such a great experience thanks to our server, Mal. Super friendly, attentive without being overbearing, and just had a great vibe overall. They made sure everything was spot-on and even had some solid recommendations. Honestly, Mal made the whole visit way better—definitely the kind of service that sticks with you. Thanks again!

I had the pleasure of being served by Arturo at Red Lobster, and he truly made our dining experience exceptional! From the moment we sat down, he was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. He made sure our drinks were always full, checked in at just the right moments, and had such a friendly and positive attitude.
Cynthia went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her recommendations were spot-on. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and takes pride in providing great service!

Noor made my visit to Red Lobster an absolute pleasure. She was warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive, making sure everything was perfect. Her genuine smile and positive vibe made the experience feel special. It’s rare to come across someone who clearly loves what they do – I’ll definitely be back because of her! The food was delicious and came out so quick . This was my first time at Red Lobster and I’ll definitely be back
