Honestly just a big scam. I bet all 4 chinese places in this mall are owned by the same company. Everything single one of them offers samples and then grab a plate before you even bit the chicken. Ruby Thai Kitchen was no different. They pressure you to m

always friendly service and i always go here whenever i go to the mall. the mango chicken was so damn good. the noodles and rice always hit too. combined with the mango sauce from the chicken, its perfection. i don't know why ppl leave bad review, yall stank or something cuz the service has always been 10/10 and food has never let me down after years of coming back.

Sometimes, all your heart wants is a pile of chinese take-out. They don’t have general tso’s but they have honey and orange chicken which are kinda the same.Idk what sauce is in the mango chicken but it’s good and the chicken is crunchy. I’m pretty much knocked out and useless after I eat this but it’s pure happiness lol.
Great

Don’t let the name fool you. It’s actually all Chinese fast food. I came here and was so disappointed. I order the pad see yu. The flat noodle went through the grinder which so much gravy sauce. I had this same dish in another place what a night and day difference. Never would I make this mistake again.

I was in the Garden State Plaza Mall and needed to get a quick lunch as I had other shopping to do. I walked around the Food Court to see what the options were and one of the women at Ruby Thai Kitchen handed me a sample of the Honey Fried Chicken, which is like a General Tso's Chicken but with a honey sauce. It was really good and I decided to have that with some fried rice. Talk about impressive. Mall Asian food is what it is, an Americanized version of something you could get in that country but Ruby Thai's food to me is more Americanized Cantonese food rather than Thai. I have been to Thai restaurants and they were nothing like this. Still I ordered the Honey Chicken with a side of their Fried Rice in a $10.99 lunch special and she piled the food into the 'to go' container that was enough for two people. The lunch was wonderful, well spiced and very well cooked. I was taken back about how fresh and how good it was for mall food. The selection here is pretty much the same to the other three Chinese and Asian restaurants in the food court. The sampling of the food is such a good idea. I really enjoyed my lunch and look forward to trying other dishes at this restaurants when I visit the food court again.
