This is a great spot to stop at when shopping at the mall! When I finished shopping I headed over here to get some of my favorite chicken teriyaki. I ordered Chicken Teriyaki with White Rice and Double Meat with a Large drink. The meal itself was great, I've never been disappointed with the food at this place. But the best thing about this place would have to be the workers there. I witness one of the rudest customers ordering behind me and the staff handled the situation with the utmost respect, patience, and professionalism. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to have a quick tasty meal!

Can't go wrong with Chicken Teriyaki and this Sarku location is definitely one of the better ones. Ordering was quick and easy and being that I visited on a weekday there wasn't much of a wait. Food was piping hot and the wait wasn't too bad only maybe about 2-3 minutes. It was all done very efficiently and food turned out quite delicious. Besides Chick-fil-A they're usually the second longest line so definitely seek them out if the wait doesn't look too bad

Ordered through Uber Eats from here to my office today. Kept it simple, went with 2 classics to see how they will deliver. Ordered Spicy California Roll and 3 piece of Shrimp Tempura. Everything arrived in less than 30 minutes and was delicious. The problem with ordering fried foods delivered is they tend to get soggy. However, the shrimp tempura were crispy but not oily. I think I found my new favorite lunch delivery spot.
Experience was horrible. I got noodles with beef and they didn’t put enough of the beef. I went up to them and they replied, “If you want more, pay extra,” with a hint of disrespect. Last time coming here, i assure you.

Definitely not the healthiest food or the best quality. But it tastes so good complete guilty pleasure. I like to get the teriyaki chicken which is a specialty well done with plain rice and a little bit of the extra sauce. I've been going to this place at various locations for decades. If you get it you'll enjoy it.
