Too crowded, and the food was not nearly as good as another shake shack I've been too. Granted it was the lunch rush, but we still had what seemed to me to be a longer wait than should have been.

This store is clean and had plenty of of workers. The food was cooked to perfection and tasted great.

For some reason I was given the wrong drink initially and then the worker holding my large drink cup asked what size it was.

Also the cheeseburger had the smallest tomato slices I’ve seen in a while.

The place was filthy. It was insanely disgusting. I picked up an online order and received a nasty look and no response from one of the workers when I asked about my order. Grabbed my order and the shake I bought was covered in milkshake on the outside of the cup. It shouldn’t have been left like that for the customer to grab. It’s not that hard to clean the outside before handing it out. I had to clean it up myself. That’s just being lazy.

This was my first time visiting this Shake Shack location, and honestly, it’s probably the best one I’ve been to so far. The place is huge—more like a full restaurant than a typical fast-casual spot—and everything was very clean and well organized. There’s also a large parking lot behind the building, which made getting in and out super easy.

One thing I really liked was the service. After ordering, they brought the food directly to our table, which made the experience feel more relaxed and a bit more upscale than your average burger place.

Now for the food—I’m a Californian, so In-N-Out has always been my go-to burger and tough to beat. That said, today Shake Shack really impressed me. The burger was juicy, flavorful, and overall tasted really good—better than I remembered from other locations.

While In-N-Out still holds a special place for me, this visit definitely showed me that Shake Shack can hold its own. Great location, solid service, and a tasty burger made this a strong 4-star experience. Would definitely come back. 🍔

I’m usually a loyal Shake Shack customer and almost always order the beef burgers, which I generally enjoy. Today I decided to switch things up and try the Chicken Shack, and it was very disappointing. The bun was cold and the chicken was dry, which really took away from the experience.

The cheese sandwich was interesting, not worth it in my opinion. The Big Mac clone, left alot to be desired. You have to use screens now to order, service was not good. This is the future no one to take your order and higher prices. They got to fix it.

I’m very disappointed with my recent delivery order for two people from Shake Shack. The fries arrived cold, and the chicken burger was also cold. The chicken was extremely over-fried (burnt) and there was almost no chicken inside the sandwich.
