I thought the counter team worked well together. They overheard my additional order I ran back up for and had it set before I even finished paying.

Had the worst experience tonight Ordered my food through the app along with my wife the two managers on duty, very nasty and belligerent Getting mad at my wife and I because they made the food wrong twice and after correcting her on it She proceeded to call all security and have my wife and I escorted out Shake shack, unlawfully, and unjustified because of the mistake that her and her team made I will be taking action with more security and more management, as well as corporate on this matter you were unprofessional in every possible way Including one of them coming out from the counter, taking her rubber gloves off Getting scanned off and acting in a threatening While being very sarcastic And I believe the most security guard that showed up to this incident knew this employee personally by their demeanor and their interactions. It was very unprofessional, and I am disgusted with the behavior and satisfactory of their service. And they need to be fired And their employees need to be retrained To the corporate person this may concern Go to the Security footage between 650 and 7:30 PM The truth is all in the video

This is one of the better fast food chains out there. The shakes and burgers are amazing and are high quality, unlike most other burger chains. ??The building is modern and has plenty of seating and parking. The employees make your food very quickly and are very kind. This is one of my favorite places to stop, and I will most definitely be coming back. ?

Food was good as always. I was just put off by the fact that when I placed my order on 9/18/2024 around 9PM that night, the lady taking my order advised me that I should leave a tip and then doubled down by leaning over to make sure I pressed the tip button. She did this not only with me but also my friend who I invited to come with me. This tipping culture needs to stop.

We got two Shack Burgers, Fries, and one Bacon Avocado Burger, and the Salted Caramel Chocolate Shake.

Personally I think the fries were inconsistently salted, but my folks liked it (and they are normally pretty picky with food) and the fries tasted fresh, so a mixed bag if you like salty fries. The burgers were absolutely awesome and the shake was creamy and thick!

The service was good and the food was brought to our table fairly fast with how busy the restaurant was at the time (it was peak dining hours)

In my opinion, this Shake Shack is better than the one in Garden State Plaza (although the last time I went to the Garden State Plaza location was a while ago)

My family went here after a long day and really enjoyed our burgers and chicken sandwiches. I liked that they offered ones with both bacon and avocado, which was delicious! The food was definitely fresh and high quality. The ambience and decor were great. Lastly, the servers were so kind and friendly. Only con was the price. We didn’t get soft drinks and it was still $38 for 3 sandwiches, and one order of fries that we shared. I would’ve got a milkshake but $6-7 is steep.

Wellington, our cashier, took our order and was simply swift, seamless and very pleasant and accommodating! Thanks Sir Wellington! Now in my error, after my family and I seated ourselves, I FORGOT the fries for everyone. When Ferris (Bueller) passed by our table to see if we needed anything, we told him we forgot the fries. He swiftly took me to his register and took my order so that the rest our our food wouldn’t get cold because who wants cold burgers and chicken tenders without fries right? Thank you Ferris for your thoughtfulness and quickness! We will be back due to our outstanding service provided by Wellington and Ferris…..Bueller xoxo
