I feel like I've written a similar review half a dozen times before. These chain "upscale fast casual" places pretty uniformly have good food and really good service. (The staff at this location were great.) And they charge quite a bit more than typical "fast food" in exchange for a bump in food and service quality.
But the physical plant!! It feels like the owners do not care about the buildings their restaurants sit inside. The really standout issue with this one was that there were two single-occupancy bathrooms (which is already a small number of toilets considering how many tables there are), but really there's only one _usable_ bathroom, because the soap dispenser had been ripped (!) out of one of the two. But there was also just a generally dinginess, in the bathrooms especially, that gave me pause.
Your restaurant should be pleasant to be inside. Get in there and give it a facelift.
Vegetarian options: They have a vegetarian burger that works just fine.
Kid-friendliness: It's a limited kids menu, but it exists.
Greasy crispy burgers. We all had stomach aches after. $42 for 3 burgers and 1 fries.

I just walked in and the kid who was upfront went to the back and i waited a few mins and left. No regard to the customer and they clearly don’t care. This place has gone down big time and must be on the verge of closing its doors. HORRIBLE!!!

Just ordered my last ever thing from Smash burger. The chicken strips I got my son were inedible. Do you know how bad junk food has to be for a 17 year old boy to reject it? Was it because I refused to tip on a take out order? It’s take out. No one served me at a table. Also I asked for smash fries and they gave me regular.
