I placed my order on the app and they ruined my order! I was at Valley hospital did not eat anything all day and was looking forward to my meal. The burger was extremely salty. I could not even eat half of it the inside was pink wasn’t cooked or medium well it was raw pink ground meat. I paid extra for cheese sauce they didn’t provide instead they added slices of cheese on my fries when I did not ask for that on my order. They also forgot to add my ranch sauce for my tenders. My food was soggy and cold.

We waited 15 minutes for our food. When it came the cheese fries were cold. There was a long of people waiting to order. While we waited for our meal, a woman and the man with her waited an hour to get her food which was sitting in the window. She had an injured arm wrapped up, unable to cook. The cashier advertised a gf bun which I added to my order for $2.00 but during the wait, we were informed that they were out of Gluten Free buns and the receipt still showed the charge for it. We got a refund but the service was inexcusably slow as we had a flight to catch and were trying to save money by not paying for airport food.
The burger was average at best, but better then the arches lol the fries were crisp, but lacked salt.... not a huge deal I know how to use a salt shaker. There was dirty tables even though they just had opened. Service was real slow 8 mins from order to eat. Plus 5 min wait for someone to come take the order.
