When on 3/30/25 to get a Frappuccino drink. The driver through crew was the worst set of employees a place can higher. There was 2 male and a female. The 3 of them just stairs you down and keeps giggling. First of all my Frappuccino had no taste to it and was just white in color. When I was given my drink, all of them again just stairs and laughing. What an uncomfortable situation. I am a business owner myself and to see how someone like this can ruined what you have. ALL 3 SHOULD BE FIRED!!!

I picked up a mobile orders understanding it wasn’t ready yet but figured since there was no one in or waiting for the drive thru that it would just be another minute. Got to the window the guy said to drive around again. I pulled around to the parking to wait to go back thru since I guess they were busy though there was no one at the drive thru. The guy came out to the car two seconds later and gave me my drink. None of it made sense I should’ve just waited two more seconds for my drink at the drive thru knowing there was no one behind me. Instead the guy left his station came outside to hand me my drink two seconds later thought it was a little weird and he was a little rude.

I hate that this Starbucks is the only drive-through going south. The staff in the morning when I do stop here is never friendly and they never make my drink right and when you ask them to fix it it seems like it’s a bother. Sometimes they rush in the morning and don’t shake the drink, and if I ask them to shake it, they get upset. one time an employee told me that shaking the drink is optional every time I stop here I’m disappointed.

I was told earlier, that their system is done. Even though I had a gift card, had my Starbucks app. Staff did not look friendly to help at all. I asked to be reimburse for the inconvenience. Please avoid.

I ordered a grande strawberry açaí lemonade and almost the entire drink was ice. About 2/3 of the cup was ice and I finished the drink in just a couple of sips. This was the first time I received a drink with this much ice and I am really dissatisfied.

I went there a few days ago with the kids and the whole experience was bad. I rarely encounter rude staff at Starbucks but one of of the baristas here was very unfriendly and somewhat rude to us. He made a mistake with the order, which is fine, but when i went back to tell him about it he became defensive and lied about it saying that he already gave us what we ordered. Also, they handed us the drinks with cream dripping from the cap and it was a mess. The bathroom was also very dirty. I would say this was the worst Starbucks experience for me in years.

Drive up Is always great, I bypass 2 other locations for this one. When you pull up you can tell by the parking lot that they do an awesome job!!! Thank you.
My favorite Starbucks to pick up before work! One of the fastest drive thru’s and the baristas are so friendly. I’ve only had one mistake with an order but they corrected it immediately and were so nice about. Just make sure you speak loudly when ordering drive thru since they’re right next to the high way!

Guys, I love everything about your store, but please change the shape of the ice that you use. Currently, the little discs fit through the hole in the cap of the cups which is a bit annoying. Square ice would not have this problem. Thanks!
