I never wrote a complaint about anything with my entire life! This is my first one ever , I’m so so upset to get service from this place and his name AARON , around 7:30pm-7:40pm!! I love all the cups from Starbucks and been using it everyday, I brought my Starbuck cup here and asked him to put my pink drink in my cup instead the plastic cup , I asked him a favor if he could rinse water before he put my drink in the cup and his answer was something I never expected it , He said “ he can’t and he said I gotta rinse it myself before I came “ I was shocked and never got this answer before because everytime i buy a cup I always ask them to rinse it before put my drink just make sure it’s clean !!! It makes me so upset and don’t wanna come back to this place again because of the service! :((

The barista who took my order and the ones preparing the orders were very nice and friendly. However, Nicole was quite rude. While I was placing my order and the barista was typing it into the register, Nicole approached the register to remove the tip jar, and abruptly cut in front of the barista taking my order and started typing things into the register that he was using, causing me to have to stop saying my order because the barista could no longer type it in. No “excuse me,” “sorry,” or other display of basic human manners from Nicole. The barista gave a little eye roll, apparently equally surprised by Nicole’s obnoxious behavior.Once Nicole finished doing whatever she was doing on the register, she moved to the side to count the tips, and I was able to continue placing my order. Since I am a barista at another Starbucks location, I told the barista taking my order that I had partner numbers, and he smiled and kindly asked me what they were, at which point Nicole rudely barked “DO YOU HAVE ID” from where she was standing counting the tips.Although the other baristas are friendly, Nicole is rude and lacks basic manners when dealing with customers.

If you ever need coffee, come to this location. They are quick, efficient, and even friendly. I rated the food 3☆ cause Starbucks food is bland and gets boring over time. But overall, this location is AMAZING!

Honestly, it took forever. Did not help when I see 3 drinks made and lined up while waiting for my one. And then I get it and pull away (I have two kids, one a baby crying to get to school), and I realize that I have a grande not the venti I paid for. Oh and they didn't give or offer me a receipt so I can't even go back to get the drink I paid for. Just careless and so dissatisfied.

Starbucks is the place to go to get that special type of morning drink to get you going in the morning. Don't forget to redeem your rewards. Whether you are in a rush to go or decide to dine in Starbucks is the place to go. The WIFI for the laptop is a big help while working on a project. I have also tried the Tea there that nobody talks about and that was delicious too.

I needed a drink suggestion going in for the Winsdays deal (50% off cold drinks!) and a worker named Alyssa at the drive thru gave me a great recommendation and was so helpful (the toasted vanilla shaken expresso). It is now one of my regulars! Drive thru was quick, and the recommended drink even better — all thanks to Alyssa!
