My daughter wants.to get a drink and she was the only one in the line. She has to wait awhile because the one on the register was talking to a co-worker. Do you think they would stopped their conversation and assist my daughter? No, they continued chit-chatting. My daughter was so mad, she stormed away. This happened 2/21/25 between 4 to 5pm.

Located in the center common area of Paramus Park, this Starbucks is one of the popular and bright spots of this mall. It’s a small stall like structure with plenty of tables and chairs in front. They have all Starbucks drinks and bakery goods available, and bunch of SB merchandise as well.
I have been visiting this store since 2016. Always had friendly good service. Even when I was there yesterday I made a fumble with my drink name and the barista helped to get it right, it was summer berry lemonade not melon burst. Over the years never had any problems with my drinks.

The area was very neat and clean with plenty of seating.

Dietary restrictions: They have items that are gluten-free as well as meat free
Parking: This is at the mall so there’s probably over 1000 spots
Kid-friendliness: Very friendly for kids is it cake pops
Wheelchair accessibility: You can roll your wheelchair right into the mall right up to the counter

The kid who took our order was an arrogant punk. I hardly even care that he managed to screw up both drinks (simple drinks straight off the menu, nothing custom) but it's the fact that he acted bothered to take an order that's aggravating. He looked to his side and started talking to a coworker while I was ordering, you know, after HE asked what I wanted... The other employees seemed like decent people but this one incompetent little punk is the reason for the bad review. The drink was good though, even though it's not what I ordered.
Waited 10 minutes for my drink. They spilled someone else’s drink on me and gave me a napkin. No refund or anything. Didn’t even do anything for the girl who lost part of her drink. When I got my Frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade, it was melted. Waste of 7 bucks.

I had went there august 31st with my bf and mother to get drinks for my bf and I. When it was our turn to order, The girl helping us asked us what we would like and then turned her head to talk to someone else when he was saying our order(I wanted a frozen mango dragonfruit lemonade and he got acaramel ribbon crunch). When we got our drinks my drink wasn’t frozen like we had asked. I had my mother go up and asked for it to be frozen like it was supposed to be while I sat down with my bf. When it was her turn, she had told the girl that the drink was supposed to be frozen and asked if she could just make it frozen. The girl then told her that it wasn’t on the label and that it was made correctly. My mother then told her that we had asked for it frozen and she tried saying the same thing. She ended up making it frozen but it just looked like it was thrown into the blender with the ice it had(which wasn’t much) and poured back into the cup and served back to us. It looked like a regular mango dragonfruit lemonade but with small bubbles as half the drink. We assumed it was because she decided to talk to someone else while asking what we wanted. She was disrespectful and had not paid any attention to what I had wanted because she just decided to talk to someone else. $14 down the drain because she couldn’t listen to what i wanted and didn’t make it properly when asked politely.
