This location has gone downhill. As someone who frequents the rt 4 location, the service is TREMENDOUSLY slow. Today I was blatantly ignored by a manager when I politely asked where my drink was, as it was listed as completed but not there. The manager quite literally looked at me and turned back around and ignored me. An employee Kayla (I believe) did assist me, as she has done other times when the service is taking extraordinarly long. Regional management should take note of the poor service at this location as it wasn't always this bad.

I just ordered a coffee and tea for other person. She got the tea but never got the coffee until 10 mins later. I'd to remember them. I think the way they're handling the orders in person is very poor.

I would go to this location every day, but today for some reason they had a shift supervisor on named Kevin, he was so rude so vile, so unaccommodating, so on Starbucks like, I don’t think I could ever walk foot in that store again. It’s a shame. I have spent a ton of money there and now no longer will because of Kevin. Somebody needs to teach Kevin how customer service is supposed to be done, he had a miserable personality, talk down to me, and it was quite mortifying to say the least never again. Will I go there

Every time I come into the Starbucks, I’m dealing with an old woman with red hair and a black apron who is rude to me every single time I come in and I’ve always had a problem with her. I also know someone who got harassed by her. Starbucks needs to handle her

staff was very kind, helpful and knowledgeable about products and Starbucks reward programs

music was a teeny bit loud but it did not take away from the overall great atmosphere and experience at this store which exceeded the typical Starbucks expectation is my first impression as a longtime Starbucks customer so congratulations to staff and management for standing out especially in this area of new jersey
