music was a teeny bit loud but it did not take away from the overall great atmosphere and experience at this store which exceeded the typical Starbucks expectation is my first impression as a longtime Starbucks customer so congratulations to staff and management for standing out especially in this area of new jersey

We went in to this SB to get a cake pop for our daughter. This is the first I have been to this store. I was pleasantly surprised how huge it was inside. They had so many tables for indoor dining, all were super clean and glossy. I have rarely seen such spacious SB store. The merchandise shelf was close the register, but the condiment bar area was close to the entrance door.
There was no line front of us. We went straight to the register to order the cake pop. The barista handed us the item on the spot. Super quick service. Other customers were getting their orders pretty quickly too, since there was literally no one waiting in the pick up area. The cake pop was fresh. My daughter gulped it in few bites.

They are not able to make specialy drinks with decaf coffee....makes no sense.

I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this staff member an African American male wearing a blue covid mask freaked me out and made me uncomfortable. Came in at 8pm and didn’t want to be that last costumer coming in 5 mins before closing ordering 5 different things after staff had cleaned up 90% of the stuff. So I asked politely if I was affecting that and the guy looked like he (no joke) wanted to kill me. He was not friendly at all and when I said “ok I’ll have this” rolled his eyes at me… and to no one’s surprise my drinks came out horribly. I asked the girl behind me if he was also mean to her and she said “yup.” Not sure if this guy had a bad day or what but if you can’t handle costumer service why are you working there? Made me so uncomfortable . Never going back here

Since when does “light ice” mean less drink? I ordered a Trenta, but it barely looks like a Venti. Saw someone next to me with the same order, and hers was full. This kind of stinginess is just disgusting.
