The worst Starbucks I have ever been to. As a Starbucks employee myself, it is embarrassing to see how little these people care about customers or making drinks. A rude girl with glasses completely botched my refresher in a way I have never seen done before in my seven years of being with the company. When I asked her to at least shake it for me, she started loudly exclaiming to the barista next to her that she didn’t understand why I wanted her to shake it and why she expected me to do so. People like her deserve to be fired immediately. The staff is awful and there is clearly no proper management.

If I could give zero stars, I absolutely would. I stopped at this mall hoping to find some Hello Kitty items on a whim and surprisingly, they had some. I bought a few things for myself and my nieces. I even ordered a sugar cookie latte just so I wouldn't be like a reseller. I already had my coffee for the day, but figured, “when in Rome.” I finished the drink in the store, even though the chairs were already stacked. A few minutes later, I asked if I could switch it for a regular coffee with almond milk and sugar. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable just a simple coffee. I was immediately told no, because I ordered a latte and “not a coffee or tea,” so they wouldn’t issue a refund or exchange. When I asked for the manager’s card so I could follow up later, the employee called the “manager” on speaker. Instead of being professional, the manager told me, “I don’t like your vibe. You’re doing way too much for a free refill,” and then proceeded to call security on me. All I was doing was asking for the manager’s contact information. Yes—security actually came. No—I did not get my refund. I’ve included the timestamps from both transactions to show they were placed only 7 minutes apart. The way I was treated over something so small was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I will not be returning.

I stopped by this Starbucks around 7 PM on a Wednesday night after dinner. At first, I thought they were closing since the staff was cleaning and mopping the floors, so I asked if they were closing soon. They said no, but their tone and attitude made it clear they weren’t happy about it. I get that it was probably a long day for them, but I still tried to be polite and friendly when ordering my Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso.
When I got my drink, I was honestly mad. It felt completely halfassed. My venti cup was filled all the way to the brim with ice, and there was barely any actual coffee in it maybe two sips worth. On top of that, it wasn’t sweet at all even though it’s supposed to have some sweetness, and there was barely a splash of oat milk. It just tasted like plain black coffee. After paying for a venti specialty drink, that was really disappointing and upsetting.

This is by far the worst Starbucks I have ever been to, and I’ve been to Starbucks all over the country. This Starbucks had horrible customer service the staff was disinterested in any of the customers and my drink was horrible. It was literally just an iced green tea with sugar. It’s really hard to mess up but she didn’t even mix anything in. Maybe better training for the staff (or new staff) might help but I’d recommend going to the DD in the mall instead.

It’s a giant Starbucks located at the Empire State Building. We went inside to get out of the rain while waiting to take a tour of the ESB. We saw an ad for a coffee tasting experience for $45 each and returned a couple of days later for this. It was a fun experience learning to appreciate coffee the way people appreciate wine tasting. The music in the main part is LOUD and there are not enough rest rooms. If you go the rest rooms on the top floor are usually less crowded than in the lower floor. They sell the usual Starbucks fare as well as the reserve coffees.

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to. I order the same drink everyday at our locations all across nyc and Jersey. Today I ordered my drink and it was made wrong, employee with glasses gave me an attitude and wasn't willing to correct my drinks which she made wrong. Demanded I pay for an extra for more cold brew, drink was pure just milk and sugar. Worst customer service I have experienced ever at a Starbucks.
Just to make something abundantly clear, this is my 4th time applying to this specific Starbucks after getting rejected 3 times, without any word back at all, I applied about 3 weeks ago and yet it was just that difficult to get a call OR an email even after I had to put such sensitive information on my application and yet I still never received word, I can completely understand that it’s the holidays, and in the end I’m trying to respectful as possible but in reality; this is just completely unacceptable
